Would buy this over and over again, but with the quality of the product and customer support, I won’t have to! We bought this digger for our 3 year old son who is obsessed with all things construction. It’s a really solid digger that he loves playing with in his sand box. We also will pack it up and take it with us to the beach for him to play with as well. A few months after we bought this, he was tinkering with the screws one day and lost the fastener that held the main arm to the seat extension. I remembered seeing a funny note when we originally put the digger together that said something along the lines of “instead of calling your mom to complain, call us.” Well I reached out to the team at Stargo to find out what fastener and screw I would need to get to fix the digger. Their customer support team was phenomenal. Not only did they immediately email me back with the exact sizes I would need to get, but they ended up sending a set of replacement screws & fasteners the next day! 10/10 recommend this digger & the amazing customer support team!
