intensity and resistance
I just received my new minibands from Amazon today and couldn’t resist trying them out. I’ve already done a workout with them, and I have to say I’m impressed! These minibands are super durable and really take the workout to the next level by adding intensity and resistance. I absolutely loved using them for my leg workout today, and I can’t wait to train upper body with them as well. The material feels very strong and reliable, and overall, I can already tell they’re going to be a game changer in my routine. Highly recommend them!

Good value but grab and roll a bit.
Decent, convenient, have held up well, even in pool use. They are a good value for most occasional use situations, but they tend to be a bit grabby on bare skin and have a tendency to roll. Overall, a pretty good kit to add to your gym gear.

Great for all around workout use.
This is the 4th set of bands I've ordered. I like to option to have different resistance in one pack, but I'd also love the option to get only the heavy or medium option as that's what most of my students prefer. Overall, 5 stars! Slip resistance: These bands stay put. The heavier resistance ones don't seem to roll. Workout value: Great to add resistance to leg and arm work without using weights or machines.

They are good until they fall apart
Ok. Have had these since 2024 June. I use them here and there, mainly the medium and heavier ones.I like them for not taking up room and being handy and portable. They do the job and am pleased with them - so far. Yesterday I pull one out and it disintegrated in my hand. Really? These are kept inside in AC so...a bit disappointing. I could see if I used these every day, but I don't.
