Warms From Wall To Wall.
I live in a 130 year old house. Every living room had a coal fireplace and the kitchen had a wood cook stove. Flash forward to today where coal is environmentally unfriendly and a wood cook stove most inefficient. I use ventless natural gas heaters which are slightly more environmentally friendly and much more efficient. My bedroom directly above the parlour is heated by osmosis through a vent opening. Not quite enough heat when the temperature drops below 30°F. The solution for me was an Old School style electric radiator as opposed to forced air. Very limited selection in Brick and Mortar stores but not with Amazon. The one I chose surprised me in that is was easy to handle and operate, and quickly made a difference in the temperature of my bedroom. Operated manually or with remote control. Another great plus is that it has a thermostat so it cycles on and off depending on the ambient room temperature and your choice of temperature. 65°F is the lowest temperature setting. A bit to warm for me but one wool blanket less and everything was cozy warm. My bedroom measures 15' X 20' and this heater warms from wall to wall. A great heater that performs well.

Very effective heater in a small package!
My HVAC unit does an extremely poor job of heatingy apartment and I have reason to believe it's because all the outer walls being made of brick and the vents in each room being closer to the outer walls than the inside ones, causing poor circulation. Even my unit did warm up it barely got higher than a 3 degree increase but was driving up my power bill like mad. That's where this life-saver comes in. It heats up a room in less than 15 minutes (with the ceiling fan on reverse to help circulation go faster) and gets the room it's placed in WARM. Like really cozy warm. I was t expecting just how warm it would get with this thing just by the looks of it but it is a game changer. Now, it wont exactly heat an entire apartment or home on its own, but I didn't get it to do that. I mostly work on my studio and sometimes my computer room. I wanted it to heat just the room I'd be in most of the day and it does that job with ease. Plus my power bill has dropped significantly. My bill was around 280-320 if I was using my HVAC unit, even sparingly. I had a whole half a month where I had it off completely during the winter and it was super cold but my bill was around 240 still. Now, I have it off for good and even if I keep this oil-filled radiator on all day, my daily bill never exceeds 3 bucks. Now my monthly bill is around 78-85 dollar. That's a staggering drop, all from replacing my crap HVAC unit with this radiator. My experience isn't going to be the same as someone else's but it's enough for me to know I made the right decision getting this thing.

Wonderful oil heater!
After trying several fan type heaters over the last 5 winters only for them to stop working I decided to go another direction. My parents had purchased Pelonis ceramic heaters which lasted years and years. So I decided to get this oil heater to help heat my apartment instead of another fan heater. It worked great, I should have got one of these long ago! This heater works better and more efficiently than my baseboard heater! It looks good as I bought the black colored version, the build quality is excellent, it has a small footprint and is on 4 rolling wheels. It's very simple to use, set it to whatever temperature you want and forget it. The manual buttons are easy to use with the digital display. There is a remote also that comes with it which is really simple, basically it has a +/- for temperature, a low setting and mode. It's very quiet of course and is durable thus far, no airflow or oscillation as it's an oil heater, but it heats the space very effectively. The power bill is about average when you leave it on 24/7 during the coldest parts of winter. My power bill was no worse versus using fan type space heaters. A very nice, functional oil heater! Would recommend to anyone looking for an oil heater to heat up a small apartment.

Very Good Value
I bought this unit strictly based on all the good reviews in here. Price was not a consideration and I was prepared to spend more. It replaced a Lakewood that worked flawlessly for several years, but finally stopped getting hot enough. I live in a loft in the Northeast, with 12 foot ceilings and big windows; it gets COLD in here during the winters. The unit is used to heat a small bedroom and it does that admirably. I turn it on high for about half an hour and it heats the room to comfortable temperature during that time period. I then change it to ECO, set a temperature, and it keeps the room warm all night. I did not give it five stars because, as noted in other reviews, the thermostat is not accurate and that is one of the advertised features. If set to 70 degrees, it heats to 75 and maintains that temperature. If set to 65, it heats to 72 and maintains that temperature. It's not a deal breaker, I can live with that and I'm satisfied with the purchase, but the Lakewood was absolutely accurate.
