It’s only the pads ! Not as the photo ! Plus they shipped it without any bag or even a box ! It’s a sensitive item that should not be exposed like this !!! Plush The box is damaged !!

I bought this set because it was described containing (2 disposable underwear + 8 instant cooling pads), but I ONLY received the cooling pads. Very Disappointing
