Broke after first use towing a 3500lb car on dry level pavement
when it arrived it looked much cheaper and thinner than it did in the picture; sure enough, broke after very first use pulling a 2005 ford escort (about 3500lbs) across dry level pavement.

No way this has a 10,000 capacity. Towing an 700cc ATV the strap snapped. Piece of junk!
