ineoM.2 2280 SSD Pure Cooper Heatsink [M12]

Works extremely well on both 2280 M.2 NVMe and SATA SSDs.The cooling is excellent, and for the price this is a great passive solution that is also aesthetically pleasing.This cooler has both functionally and visibly appealing qualities.The weight is good as well, so nothing will bend or warp at all, regardless of the temperature.

A quality product that performs well, but nowhere in any of the materials I received does it instruct you to remove the thin plastic film from the heat conducting strips. Also, if the SSD isn't positioned just so, it wouldn't be difficult for the set screw to bend and damage the drive when securing it to the PCB (which they should mention IMHO).

I ran a few test and now the SSD in the second slot option of the motherboard where I installed this runs 2C cooler and has faster data transfer speeds. (Main SSD slot is cooled with motherboard heatsink). Not really sure how there is that big of a difference but I will take it. It works out great because the second SSD is for games so it gets punished harder. Especially with how massive some game downloads are.Sorry for the bad photo.

Installation was good till the thermal pads were involved. It curled up mid install and one ripped while uncurling it. I do like the heat pipes though!! Get some better .5 mm thermal pads and go to it

I built a powerhouse, 12900KS, and was worried about my NVMe Pros in a full RAID; so I put these on.They work SO WELL!!I never get throttled anymore, from overheating my nvme sticks.This is one of those things I didn’t know that I didn’t know.Apparently, a lot of us are actually getting throttled for thermal limits, since our cooling is poor on these.I now install in every build.

I have yet to find a really effective passive SSD cooler. This came close though. I gave it 4 stars for that reason. Beware of the size, however. In most cases, you won't be able to mount this to an SSD port on your motherboard AND still install a full suite of PCI-E cards.

The heatsink looks very well made, it works great, and it looks very cool with the rest of components in my system. Make sure you have enough space for installation and only use it if you have a motherboard port for your drive, not aPCI card (it is too heavy and will take up a lot of the side space.
