I had ordered a DVD/ CD disk drive with a short permanently attached is a USB 3A / C cable. This connects to the computing device (PC, Mac, laptop). This transfer / power cable is extremely short (± 5"). Worked OK for the laptop, but would not work in my PC use. My PC (Minis Forum) is mounted behind my monitor making termination very difficult. I purchased a AINOPE USB C Extension Cable 6.6FT, 20Gbps/240W USB3.2 Type C Extender Cord to resolve this issue. Works like a charm. I have a clear desk, with the DVD drive now sitting on the monitor shelve where I can connect to my PC or my laptop without problem. I had 10 old DVD's of images that were being stored as backup media, but had no way to retrieve the data till now. I was able to transfer the images to another media, thanks to the drive and the cable.Reading a DVD with 2.6 GB of data, I was able to complete the transfer of 35753 files to my laptop with a Crucial BX500 2TB 3D NAND SATA 2.5-Inch Internal SSD in 61 minutes.The drive that I purchased, BPAKDU (External CD/DVD Drive for Laptop, DVD Player for Laptop, 8 in 1 USB 3.0 Ultra-Slim Portable, CD Burner External Disk Drive Optical Compatible with Desktop Mac, Windows) that has additional ports for the USB hub, which show up in explorer but I have not tested the capabilities of the hub.All in all I am well pleased with the results from the DVD drive, extension cable and the SSD.

This works great. I have a laptop dock that I try to hide because I have 3x monitors and other devices connected to it. And the docks USB connector wasn't very long. This lets me hide the dock and connect the laptop to it without a power loss. It still charges the laptop and is able to drive 3x monitors at once. Excellent

I needed an extra 5 get to my charger at a perfect distance from my bed to the outlet. This worked very well and holds together nice and tight. Would but again if i needed another one. The charging speed did not change still fast and the ease to plug it in is very high. Sleek look and isn't ugly. Worth the money.

EDIT: The manufacturer proactively reached out to me soon after I posted my review and graciously offered a refund and asked to learn more about the issue. Whatever concerns I may have about the product, this shows great customer service.I suspect at least part of the issue of a loose connection may have come from using the cable outside in cold weather, where the metal in the plug may have contracted just enough to make it so that any movement of the cable would cause the (male) plug to just slide right out of the (female) port. And it could have made the cable even more rigid than it normally is, making it even more likely that any movement in the cable, even far away from the connection point, would be transferred all the way to the end of the cable at the connection point. Not sure if different materials or a more flexible cable could reduce its cold sensitivity. But bumping up my rating from 2 to 4 stars for great customer service.----I got this cable to connect to my camera from my power bank. I needed a cable that was flexible and would connect securely. I thought this checked both boxes, but turns out it failed at both.After having had a chance to use it for several hours in the field, I've found that it is VERY stiff, to the point that I would often have to push it out of the way. It's so stiff that when you bend it, it nearly retains its shape.As for the connection, well, that was the dealbreaker for me. It just would not stay plugged in to the camera's USB-C port. It was fine if nothing moved, but as soon as I moved the camera, it would very quickly fall right out. It was essentially useless. For comparison, when I got home, I tried plugging in an Anker USB-C cable, and that held securely and required a small bit of gentle force to unplug. This cable, however, would come unplugged if you looked at it funny.

The length is lovely, and the cord charges nicely. I like the look and feel of the cord.

Item seems solid and well put together. Testing with a phone charger attached appears to meet the same level of power delivery as other cables tested.

There's only 2 brands I stick with when it comes to charging accessories.So far the 8-10 cables I've bought over the years have all held up strong.
