Do the feathers spin in flight?

we bought a big variety pack, some spin, some don't. Our cat likes the BEE toy the best and it holds up better. we only use the feathers to break things up. The feather toys are fairly heavy and bulky. My smaller female cat does not like them. My big male loved them.......the feathers hold up pretty good, its the string last doesn't last.

What is birds' feather?

I don't know what kind of bird they come from, but they seem to be real. Which is good, my cats tear the feathers apart and eat them.
