I've been constantly looking for a replacement to monster and other energy drinks that I usually have in the middle of the day. Don't even drink them for caffeine. Drink them simply because I'm addicted to the taste and it tastes so good. I then realized rather than load up on more caffeine from energy drinks, I could replace the flavor drink with something like this which provides post-workout nutrients which is exactly what I needed. It satisfies my craving to have a monster and does not include all the dangerous chemicals that come with energy drinks. A no-brainer.

I don't know how they get away with calling this 0 calories, because it tastes like Kool-aid. It is amazing and helps me get my needed daily water down. The scoops/servings are pretty big, so I usually split them throughout the day into maybe 1/2 or 3/4 vs. the full scoop each time. There is a little bit of a weird aftertaste but nothing that is what I would call "gross" by any means. I look forward to trying more flavors!

Overall the product works as intended. My girlfriend and I use it, and she loves it, every morning we put a scoop into out water jugs and sip it throughout the day. You will get a feeling of extra energy as well, but its minimal. The flavor is one of the best we've tasted. The amino acids are limited but it has the essential ones, which is perfectly fine if you're getting the rest from food or protein shakes. Would recommend on flavor alone.

Love this pre workout! Great flavor too. Definitely feel a difference with taking this before a workout versus not. Keeps the energy and focus up.

This stuff is great. It makes a significant difference in recovery and next day soreness. Mixing can be a bit tough, but the taste is pretty good. I’d say that it’s a good value considering the performance.
