The handles came well protected in a cardboard box including screws for installation. The finish and quality appear to be good. The only issue is that the screws provided are of inadequate length to use on thicker panels.Would also be convenient if the maker could produce the handles in a 4" length for using on smaller shutters and drawers.

I had ordered 4 sets of 10 each Atom brand Handles which were in good quality no doubt. I would have given 5 stars for the product but i had poor experience when I didn't found screws along with this product package which has really not met my expectations. The screws were meant to be included in the package according to the product description. Had ordered in bulk as it was urgent requirement, but this experience has disappointed me. If I go ahead with replace/ return the product, it will be done but my prime concern is with wastage of my time and trust in buying the product. I cannot return due to my time limitation due to construction agreement but I wanted to give my feedback here to raise my concern and expecting some coupons in returns because i will have to procure screws from market. Hope my concerns will be addressed.
