Great protein powder alternative to whey. Works so much better mixed in cold smoothies & yogurts
I couldn't be happier with this egg white protein powder. This protein powder is clean, natural, non-flavored and actually IMPROVES the texture of smoothies or other things I add it to! YES, IMPROVES! No more gritty protein mixed into things for me! This protein powder works in smoothies so well - no chalk, no aftertaste (really no taste at all), and get this - because it's just egg white powder, when mixed into a smoothy (or yogurt, which I add it to constantly to up my protein intake without trying) - this actually makes your smoothy or yogurt light, fluffly and gives it a smooth velvety mouthfeel. Try getting all that from any other protein powder! On top of the fact that it works wonderfully and tastes great with zero aftertaste, it's priced fairly (I get the 2.2 lb bag as it's the cheapest per oz), and when compared to other protein powder its also very healthy with you getting about 26g of protein for around 110 calories. That's a great ratio of protein for the calories for sure. I have recommended this to my friends who also need to get more protein in their diets and everyone says they love it after they try it!

Good stuff !
As I drink a water, I drink a cup of liquid egg white every morning and night. One carton (a little over $4) contains 4 cups of liquid egg white or 80 gram of protein. It is easy for me to consume but it is kinda pricey. With amazon 15% discount, this egg while is $22 for 33 servings of 25 gram of protein - A half the cost per gram of protein in the liquid egg white. The powdered form is easy to carry around during an occasional trip. The powder does not dissolve into a water easily so it needs a blender or mix with foods. I am still experimenting. In the mean time, I just drop a tea spoon full of it onto my tong. It is very salty but it is a natural sodium content from an egg - a proof of a pure, unflavored egg white. I just keep it in my mouth until it dissolves then swallow.

Pure Fine Egg White Powder
It is what it says that it is. It’s pure egg white protein. From the moment the package is opened the contents will need to be repackaged in a resealable container. The powder is super fine, like baby powder, it sticks to anything and gets into everything. It cannot be stirred into water, and if you try what you end up with is choking down protein balls floating atop your cup. It must therefore be blended. Of course the protein powder sticks to the sides of the blender, and while it does blend into the water using this method, it creates about 3 times as much foam as it does liquid. The foam does not dissipate. It sits atop your cup like a frothy cappuccino. So, the packaging is bad. Preparation is a challenge. It tastes like slightly salty water. I mix it with coffee and gulp it down as quickly as possible, then immediately wash the sticky foamy cup. It DOES seem to be effective though. It is real protein and I feel its effects almost immediately after consuming.

Love it! Great alternative to whey
Delicious and a huge bag! It doesnt come with a scoop so I just use a measuring spoon or a scoop from another brands empty old protein powder container. I recommend using a blender to mix it because it will dissolve super easy without clumps that way and the blending adds air that makes it "fluffy". Closest thing to compare it to is a wendy's frosty. Recipe that makes it taste like a amazing frothy milkshake: 1 tbs Cocoa powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 22grams egg powder, 2 cups of milk. I bought this when I became a breastfeeding mother and my careful research showed all the vitamins and minerals that support breastfeeding are found in eggs. My diet needed a boost of protein too because I wasn't getting nearly enough in my diet. I did not want to force feed myself egg till I was sick of it so I love this as a easy, alternative protein boost.

Good non-gmo protein powder!!
I am pleasently pleased with this egg white protein. It doesn’t have an unpleasant egg taste. It makes my smoothie creamy. I add organic coconut oil in my smoothie so no foam build up. When it arrived in the box from amazon I opened package that was laying down in box. The egg powder got in the resealable seal. I just wiped the seal with a napkin taking my finger inside the seal and it properly sealed fine. I spoke with bulk supplement to find out if the egg whites where non gmo. Here’s their response, “I contacted our manufacturer for further information. Here is their response, "yes, the whites are non-gmo, but they are not fully cage-free and we are not certified organic. We are all-natural, but not fully organic." I am pleased with the product. I will be purchasing again. I use this with my banana green smoothies using about a heaping tablespoon. This product is appropriate for my Lectin free diet and my autoimmune Vitiligo disease. I recommend this product.

great for keto baking- UPDATE no more!!
I use this to make keto baked goods, Keto Maria style. The only issue I have is the bag won't seal once you get some egg white powder in the zipper closure. I use a chip clip to keep it closed. I've had this on subscribe and save for a few years. good value. Update 4/21/2024. I just got my new subscribe and save order. I was making my protein bread. And the egg whites wouldn't whip up. I have never had an issue getting this product to whip up. I mix it with ice water, cream of tartar salt, gelatin and some other items. Set the KitchenAid to high and it whips up beautifully. This stuff wouldn't whip up. I didn't understand why. I kept adding more cream of tartar. I added some xanthan gum, I added some gelatin. It got thick but wouldn't whip. And then I come back to this listing and read that others are having issues as well. Because they added monk fruit to the product. Which causes it not to whip up. I did get it semi-firm. With all the extra stuff I added. Probably The xanthan gum. I then added some baking powder, and instead of being able to scoop it as I usually do, I poured it into lined greased muffin tins. So as not to waste the product. I contacted Amazon Customer support and they issued a refund even though this item is listed as non-returnable. I am canceling my subscribe and save for this product and looking for a replacement.
