Best Fabric Protector
I love this product. I have used on my new boots and purchased more for our new dining chairs. It sprays evenly. I recommend spraying in a garage or outside. It can smell upon first spraying. Not bad, but best for some airflow. Dries quick. I usually spray a few coats.

Worked great. However, it is very messy and the smell is intense so you need to do it on a day. You can leave all your windows and doors open and make sure you thoroughly clean the floors afterwards or protect them with plastic covers prior to using.
