Just to stay in line with health at old age. A bit scary on quantity to be taken..4x at time. Not sure it's too much at one go or should take 2x at a time. People in other reviews commented on how the pills stink. I haven't noticed this. There have also been comments about how hard the pills are to swallow because of their size. They are big pills, but I don't think they're any bigger than the vitamins I usually take. If they get stuck sideways going down the ole pipe, it's a little concerning and uncomfortable, but I haven't had any problems with swallowing them.

Good product for the money it works for what I need it for it I take as needed may take a day or two to kick in so I pretty much know when to expect results they are very large capsules so instead of trying to swallow them I put 4 or 5 in water bottle they resolve fairly quick quicker in warm water they taste awful but I just add in a lime drink mix to kill the taste
