Well you can't beat the price or the product quality and color choices. As a makeup artist, I have tried every product imaginable. Vendors send me pre-season products to review, test and use.I found these sticks quite by chance when a day trip turned to several days. I needed some eyeshadow but I didn't want to spend very much, and my "good eyeshadows " were at home. Long story short, these sticks are no joke. After you apply to the lid, immediately define and smudge using your finger or the convenient brush on the opposite end! Because of product longevity you must blend immediately after application. Also use a gentle eye makeup remover to cleanse. Truly waterproof and will stand up against any other high priced shadow stick.BUT, here is the money tip and how I use this project on myself.1. Obviously as eyeshadow or liner.2. The lighter colors can double as a:highlighter for cheekbones, nose tip, lip bow and cleavage sparkle.3. The pinkish colors I use as blush4. I can blend with my lipsticks to make a matte finish into a soft translucent pearl to high shimmer.5. The blending brush has its own plastic cap.I take the blending brush and load it with my favorite concealer or foundation and replace the cap. This way I have everything for touch ups in one stick.6. I do have several more great ideas for these sticks but I can't reveal all my secrets!

...I tend to stay away from Amazon for cosmetic products. I was looking at a similar product to this on another site at three times the cost and decided to give this a try. So glad I did - I am in love - would highly recommend:)

I got these as an alternative to the Julep brand. These eye shadow sticks are very creamy and go on smooth. Highly pigmented colors, and very matte. Make a great primer or base for eyeshadows. I haven't really used the brush end of the sticks, so I can't comment on that.

Colors are not accurate, much lighter than pictured, beware does not set collects in creases, rubs off easily. All sparkle very little color.
