Great journal!
What I love about this journal is how clear and easy it is to use. There’s nothing complicated or time consuming about it, but it encourages you to think in ways that help you grow. It’s not just about logging what you eat. It’s about starting your day with appreciation, your intention for the day, how you move your body, etc. Each day is one page and the prompts are brief (to me this is important – I have purchased other journals but after a while I don’t want to write so much and the journal goes into a pile; I want to keep it brief and go about my day). I’ve been using this journal for about a month and I love it. I haven’t missed a day because it is so easy to use and there’s nothing to overthink.

This journal is worthy of some praises!
If you are ready to make a change, not only with your body but your life, then buy this journal. The journal is a tool that will keep you on track, keep you inspired, and help you measure your health and fitness successes. It’s simplistic, yet effective. I find the weekly check-in exercise to be quite helpful. Commit to the journal and I’m betting you’ll see positive changes too. With 2022 just around the corner, now is a good time to start! This 90-day investment of your time is just the kick-start to get you going. I’ve been able to turn around some poor nutritional habits, lose 13 pounds in 2 months and I’m feeling energized. BEST Daily Journal
This is the BEST daily journal. This journal has helped me set-up a morning routine of dedicating time to myself to start my morning with exercise and then time to set my intentions of the day. It is a great journal set-up to write in daily to record affirmations, daily exercise and food, and then to end the day with gratitude and being proud of what you have accomplished for the day. I have tried many times to journal, and with this journal I am doing it daily!! Thank you Elizabeth!!

Kicks Procrastination In the Butt!!
This came at the perfect time of the year to end the last quarter on a good note. I love the fact that it is simple enough to follow everyday and helps me to be intentional because I know I will come back to write what I was proud about that day! If you are looking for a joirnal to help you stay out of the procrastination phase, then get this! It covers all the categories that we tend to struggle with like fitness and self care. I’m so glad I got my hands on this workbook…I have been following Elizabeth on IG for some time now and knew I had to get this once she announced the release. Just from the motivation and tips she shares on her IG, I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed. And on top of it the price point is perfect!

Helps Me Stay on Track and Motivating
This has been a great tool I utilize daily to help me stay on track with my goals, keep me motivated and positive. I love how the author incorporates the practice of gratitude and positive affirmations. She was gracious enough to give me her permission to reproduce a page in it to share with the residents of the 25 bed residential I run. All the residents have mental health diagnoses. We have started a group that meets weekly and uses the page in the journal to share positive affirmations with one another, how we have been moving more and I've seen noticeable changes in their self esteem and willingness to participate in a group setting as well as more of an awareness of food and nutrition. I would highly recommend this journal for not only individual but also group use as well!

A thought provoking journal that is easy to incorporate into your daily life!
I’ve never journaled before because it just sounded like a chore. However, like most of what Elizabeth recommends-it is a great tool to help me live my best life-by taking a small step every day. It is easy to use and after just a few days-I’m compelled to journal each day. I look forward to my daily reflections of gratitude, gains and goals. It is truly a small investment to make to take the best care of you!

Absolutely love 💕.All you need to really focus and build on consistent daily healthy mindset, nutrition and movement habits in a clear and easy, uncomplicated format...Elizabeth walks the walk and talks the talk and is a beautiful inspiration both on the inside and outside and wants us to feel our very best each and every day!
