I can't say how much I love this product. I have been trying for years to wean off of Ambien. I take these 2 hours before bed. I honestly am blown away by how easy it was to finally get off of Ambien by taking these and it only took me maybe 3 nights. I honestly still can't believe it! By the time I go to bed, I am so sleepy! Thank you so much. Very grateful I found this product and highly recommend!!! Thank you!!!! Thank you!!!! This has been a goal of mine for so goal and I have now achieved it. So happy :)

I tried this product really hopeful it would help me, it turns out that Valerian is too much for my system. I took two, and found myself anxious, unable to sleep and hung over the next morning.The ingredients are all very good quality, my problem was with one ingredient. I still recommend it to others though.I contacted their gietomer service, which was kind and helpful, and they issued a refund, and let me keep the product which I’m passing along.Thank you for your help!

Had trouble falling asleep for months; Thanks to pre menopause. Tried different sleep supplements and was delighted to find Medchoice. With different ingredients in a capsule, it has been life changing. Want to give 5 stars, however at times I still have bouts of sleeplessness but would definitely recommend. Worth the price

I've tried everything under the sun for year after year and some would work mildly and some not at all. This supplment is hands down the best I have come across. I take it about an hour before I plan I falling asleep (not when i get into bed) and it really gets me to the point of where I can fall asleep most nights. I thought I would never find something that actually works, but it does.Most supplements I take, I'm not sure if they are actually doing the job they are supposed to do, but this one noticeably does make me fall asleep. I can't speak about staying asleep because that has never been an issue, but boy this stuff is the best I have tried after probably 20 plus years of supplements. I'm not sure if it's the right combo, but it certainly does the job. I have tried every melatonin supplement under the sun and the other ingredients in this certainly does the job.Thank you, thank you, thank you

One pill an hour before bedtime is perfect for me. It helps me wind down and be ready to sleep. Without it I have a hard time even thinking of sleep and going to bed, without it I wake late not feeling like I have slept well. With it I wake early ready to take on another day.

I’m sure it’s a good formula for some people but it’s not helping me. My dr recommended this as something that’s helped him so I was eager to try it but no go.

Works as needed. I take only 1 cap and it helps me fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. No side effects the next day. The mix and amounts of ingredients are different than others in this category. I’ve tried a bunch and all have side effects I don’t like. I highly recommend this!!
