Dont buy this printer many issues rise within 2 months
It shows multiple issues after 2 months eventually stops printing, starts with a sound while printing,after sometime many more issues will arise, i have experienced it, constant paper jams,etc. They now replaced my printer and gave me new printer due to the issues faced, dont know they will arise again, just got the new unit 3days agoThe printing speed and quality is awesome, prints very fast, But Customer service is the worst, while buying the printer i thought hp has a good service team,but they are pathetic, they send a useless technician with no knowledge of the model, then when i complained They send a better technician and even then the complaint wasnt resolved, they said that this model has this squeaky noise, its only been 2-3 months old. Epson service and Printers were much better, i was previously using Epson printer it is still perfect after 5 years in constant use, no such noises. Epson customer service is also best in class,well trained, they identify the problem very fast and will fix it effortlesslyIf u consider this printer i recommend u go for epson models,the printing is good on hp, but this squeaky noise really irritates a lot, it sounds like a printer from the 90's
