This shade works well and the company was very involved in the whole process. They contacted me right away to explain their product even more than the description on Amazon. They then explained how I should measure my window, twice, to be sure they had the right measurements. Once it arrived, ahead of schedule, they contacted me right away to make sure that it had arrived intact and if it was working. I needed help putting it up, just because of the length of it. It was easy to install. It runs smoothly and it is pretty quiet. I just have to get my dog used to it’s movement, she is nervous around anything that moves. I would buy from them again.

It was just what we needed and at a great price

I love my shade! I bought it for our Palladium window over the front door. I can't believe how quick I received it, considering it came from China. I got it in less than two weeks from the time I placed the order. Awesome! It's great quality and works beautifully! Be aware that it runs by a USB cord and NOT batteries. We will leave the cord attached and staple it to the inside frame so it can't be seen. Since the window is so high, we don't want to remove the cord. When we need to charge it, we'll just attach an extension cord. It's not a problem for us. It's worth it, considering how much sun comes in that window, the heat makes our entryway too hot. This shade will certainly help with our frequent high temps.
