I am a side sleeper and every so often I wake up in serious pain in my neck and shoulder. I bought this heating wrap, and it is fantastic. It relieved my pain and was so comfortable to wear. I highly recommend this item to anyone who suffers from neck and shoulder pain. It did the job and I'm very happy.

Heating pads works fine, fits my shoulders well, just not quite warm enough for me!

It does what it's supposed to. Multiple heat settings. Long cord. nice weight, not too heavy. My only complaint is that the neck area doesn't stay close enough to your neck without leaning back on something.

My neck always hurts, this is one of the many other times I got to help me with that. Of course this one itself is not going to make my pain disappear, but it does help to relax and keep you warm.The item is as in the picture, is soft and it does attached on the front.

If you have neck and upper back pain this is a must. Highly recommend. I love that it is a bit weighted and closes in the front.

This item is simply a upper back heating pad. It is described as upper back, neck and shoulder heating pad. Good heat on back. That's it. Didn't feel the heat on neck or shoulders. It's also supposed to have a magnetic clasp in front to keep it closed around your neck. It does. Does it work well? Yes. As long as you sit like a mannequin and dont move. Very disappointed. I already have heating pads but none to address shoulders. Had to return.

This heating pad is great. I get neck stiffness at the end of the work day and this heating pad really does the trick.

Very nice and soft. Doesn't get as warm as I would like though. I like it to get really hot.
