I have never owned a silicone mat before and this one is brilliant, I use it mainly for pastry and dough. The size is really good and it does not stick and is really easy to clean. Amazing product .

Works well for rolling pastry. Don't need much extra flour. Measurements very helpful. Good quality.

Great silicone mat. I use it for hooping up fabric for my embroidery machine. Stops any slipping and makes the process so much easier

For the price this is a good mat that's nice and smooth and has great grip on my quartz work surface. A bit thinner than the old one its replacing but does the job so no complaint. Used with fondant icing and no sticking and makes my life a little easier.

used it on quartz worktop, judt to do pancakes with kids, not proper baking. big enough for 2 kids to share the mat for mixing etc. so easy to clean. cannot vomment heath resistance at this moment

This Kitzini silicone pastry mat is exactly what I have been looking for. The apple pie recipe was calling to me, so used the pastry mat for the first time on an apple pie. It worked great...no sliding around at all on a bare cabinet. I sprinkled a dab of flour on it to roll out the crust, and to my surprise it rolled out perfectly to my preferred 10" size, and was able to put it in the pie pan without it falling apart or leaving big pieces on the mat. I really like the different-sized circles marked on it, as well as inches and different measurements. Just a very nice, complete tool. It gets my thumbs up.

Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der Kitzini Backmatte und kann sie jedem empfehlen, der nach einer praktischen, langlebigen und vielseitigen Backunterlage sucht.

I never knew i needed a pastry mat until I bought one. This is HUGE, and it sticks to my table and doesn't move when I'm kneading bread or rolling dough. The measurements on it are very helpful, and the silicone makes cleanup a breeze. It rolls up so neatly and tucks away til you need it again & again & again! This is not just another gadget, this is a game changer!

I like the color, all the measuring equivalents, candy making temperatures, baking pan substitutes and that it's professional grade silicon, oven safe, most importantly dishwasher safe. It rolls up nicely and fits in the draw, easy to clean, mines lay flat on the counter, dough doesn't stick, heat resistant. I use mines almost everyday. I have cut on it. I do have a small cut on my counter from using a very sharp knife on it more than once before the cut appeared. I also purchased one for a friend and she loves hers as well. I will be purchasing two more for gifts. That says a lot about this product!
