Originally purchased in January of 2023. After 3 years of daily use, I have had 0 issues with this Big & Tall Office Chair. The chair Looks great and is easy to assemble, the parts are extremely sturdy with adjustable arms and lumbar support to get that custom fit. The seat cushion is thick and stays comfortable, whether I am working from home or going for a late night gaming session. The adjustable height piston stays in position and does not need to be constantly readjusted. You will Not be disappointed with this chair, Comfortable, Well Built, Best Bang for your Buck.

This was my first experience with a chair that fits me. I'm 6'3", and I've never been smaller than a size 18, and I imagine me in this chair falls how normal sized people feel in theirs. Assembly wasn't perfect, but it was easy enough. It was made easier by using the box to have a ledge to do things on. One thing I did do was swap out the wheels for roller blade ones, and it works even better than stock.

This is a really good quality chair. Definitely built extra strong and fits a big & tall person very safely and comfortably. Also looks great.

Good chair for bigger people.

I just got mine today (arrived sooner than expected) and install was easy enough. It took me about 30 minutes to put together. The mesh and lumbar support pad are great and the cushion is sponge and spring which makes for a more comfortable seat. It reclines enough to relax but not enough to lounge. The (optional) armrests are adjustable in two directions to give you as much room as you need. Overall a great chair for the price, I will update if there are any issues
