The bristles feel comfortable on my gums but still clean really well. They are not too hard or rough, which I appreciate because I don’t like toothbrushes that feel too harsh. I also like the CrossAction design because it feels like it reaches between my teeth better and gives my mouth a cleaner feeling after brushing. I've been purchasing the same sample toothbrush my dentist has given me for the past 20 years or so...But decided to do research on toothbrushes, and found this one to be the top rated for my needs (medium thistles for one). This toothbrush's thistles feel better as I brush, as if they are cleaning my teeth and gums better (never thought I'd say that). And second, the handle is much larger than any toothbrush I've ever used, and it literally makes a difference in my wanting to brush my teeth! (don't know why, but it does) The larger handle fits my hand perfectly and somehow agronomically is easier to use when brushing my teeth. This will be my go-to purchasing toothbrush going forward for a long time! Thank you Oral-B!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Oral-B toothbrushes are simply the best! I’ve tried other brands, but I always come back to Oral-B. They do an amazing job cleaning my teeth, getting into those hard-to-reach spots, and leaving my mouth feeling fresh and truly clean. The quality is excellent, the brush heads are easy to replace, and I love the difference I can feel after using one. If you want a toothbrush that actually makes you feel like you just left the dentist, Oral-B is the way to go! Highly recommend!

The only manual toothbrush I’ve enjoyed using and that does the job, for as long as I remember now. I have had to use other types obviously in emergency situations or as back up and none of them can compare to this brush. When I don’t use it and have to use a backup, I feel a void and like my mouth isn’t really clean. This brush hits every area of your mouth effortlessly, it is large enough in surface area that it can tackle your whole mouth quickly unlike smaller brush head products that take the twice as much time and effort to get the job done. The gum guards on the sides are a masterpiece, I have sensitive gums and teeth at times and these brushes don’t irritate them at all. They also last a while and bristle heads don’t start looking wonky and heavily used(although I like to replace my brush every 2 weeks, they will last much longer). It also has the built in tongue scrubber on the other side that does a light scrapping(not enough for a heavy duty cleaning but still nice to have when you just need a touch up). They are a little pricey I must say but totally worth it! But when I found this 6 pack on Amazon for the price it’s at, it was a no brainer. I probably saved atleast 15-20 if not more getting this than if I bought the single or double packs they come in at stores. Highly recommend!
