The best foam cleaner i ever had. It really works!

The foam cleaner does not work when pressed; if you get any foam out, it is very little and it also leaks when you try to shake it. I have tried over and over to get it to work - no ease of use!

Did a great job cleaning our sandals! Easy to use and got rid of a lot of grime. Would have been 5 star review, but dispenser often gets caught, either due to weak spring or mal-aligned dispenser

Used it per instructions on leather and athletic shoes. Worked well.

Great product for Ecco product maintenance

I wet a clean cloth, apply the foam cleaner and wipe the shoes. I follow up with a clean cloth to remove any residue or dirt left on the leather. After air drying my shoes are ready for a cream to nourish the leather.

About 10 pumps in, the foaming plunger started to 'stick' down after being compressed. I had to manually help it pop back. Yes, I tried rotating the plunger/head of the unit to see it wasn't aligned correctly, unfortunately it seems I've just got a bum plunger. One thing of note as may or may not be a part of the issue. its February 2026 right now and my bottle shows manufactured December 2024. Cleaner itself seems fine, although no instructions about how to properly use. QR code leads to video that shows using a damp rag, but then they just shows the bottle squirting out pumps of foam into the air... but onto what? The wet rag? Or do you soak the shoe in foam, using a lot, or use sparingly. And nothing about agitating the surface, or if you should wipe down after cleaning with a new wet rag to remove residue or if thats unnecessary? Seems trivial I'm sure, but ECCO is the one that made the vague video, do better.

Ecco uses a very light weight plastic bottle for this cleaner which will not survive any type of impact, such as drop on a hard surface. I have been amazed with Amazon shipping very small items in a box, but in this case they ship this liquid filled plastic bottle in one of their shipping envelopes and used USPS for delivery. Somewhere in transit this package was dropped or crushed and the base of the bottle cracked. The contents were mostly in the envelope but some seeped out making a wet mess. Amazon is in process of refunding and I sent the empty cracked bottle back, along with the wet envelope. I did not request a replacement since why bother getting another broken bottle. Amazon needs to only ship these in a box. I'll go to an Ecco store to buy one there, even though it will likely be at a higher price. I have used the product in the past and it does a good job, and its safe for Ecco shoes.

Really good clean foam for shoes. I use it for my white sneakers before wash them in washing machine and the results after washing with foam is much better.

Horrible product. Doesn’t come out properly and does nit clean. Don’t buy it.
