I'm Finally Going to Get In Shape!
This 12 pound medicine ball is the perfect size and weight for my workout needs. It's a high quality product that was delivered quickly. I'll likely buy another medicine ball like this one (but heavier) to add more weight to my workouts. Improve your strength and balance, safety with few simple exercises with this ball.
Having had major surgery that requires a lot of physical therapy, I purchased this ball to assist with balance and strengthening at home. It arrived quickly, the right size (4 pounds) and is easily stored in my small home. I love having the option of doing the exercises at home to build my strength. I can work this exercise for a few minutes every day and the few minutes I use the ball has quickly helped me to improve my balance!

Good option for smaler diameter ball
I really like that they keep this thing at the 9" diameter. So many makers jump up to a 12" ball at this weight. This isn't a slam ball. I want something smaller i can manuever overhead. I like it.
