great for camping
This stuff has replaced almost all the paracord in my hiking/backpack kits. While not as strong as paracord, it's lighter and cheaper per foot.

Seems like a solid line.Arrived wrapped in plastic and as the photo appears. Doesn't stink of tar from a far. Color is black as tar. Good to have for all sorts of stuff.

Mighty tiny #9, but still MIGHTY GOOD!
I got a small (#9) for odds and ends projects for bushcrafting... this is very much like what you'd use to "whip" the ends of a rope to keep it from fraying.I've even used this for medium sized things because it's so strong!I'm not surprised at SGT KNOTS twine/ rope being so good... all experiences so far have been exceptional... but I was surprised that a tarred Nylon #9 could be so strong... there is a bit of a creosote/tar smell so you may not want to store it inside, but I'll take that in order to get this kind of quality!
