Looks good upon opening things up but haven't been able to test it as I was shorted 2 batteries?? Off to town to pick some up.

Level and beeper works great. Have never had an issue in the 16+ months I've owned it However, the grade rod is total junk. The rod can't handle even the slightest bit of dirt or grit getting between the collapsible lengths of aluminum. The press buttons made of plastic are complete crap. They broke on day 1. For $1000+, I'm so disappointed with the quality of the grade rod.

I'm sure it works fine but had to go buy batteries because they shorted me a battery. There were only 3 in the box but it takes 4 to run it.
