4 Layers Height Increase Insoles,Adjustable Orthopedic Heel Lift Inserts

I'm sure these are used for comfort on the heels, but I use them as a lift to go on my sandals, because I have a back condition that makes one of my legs longer than the other. I have to wear a lift in one of my shoes to make my stance & walk even. It's harder to find lifts for sandals. But these are clear and work just fine. They're adhesive, so they stay just fine.

I’ve been using these for a long while and I love them. The best part is they stick to the shoe so you don’t have to worry about it slipping away from you. They are also very comfortable I also love the fact that I can layer as many layers as I need to feel the shoe to my comfort level

I had been diagnosed wit a fractured gel spur and needed a lift to reduce pulling on the spur. I like that there were several in the pack and as healing began I was able to remove layers. The only thing that could have been better was the thickness . Would have preferred thicker. Long last g and durable,

Put one in each of my Vans. I never realized how much long one leg was than the other until I got these and evened them out. Insane.Oh, it doesn't flatten out as quickly as some other insoles, the adhesion leaves much to be desired, very comfortable and does a bit to help with pain.
