Reebok Deck Multipurpose Adjustable Bench Aerobic Strength Training Incline and Decline, Blue

This thing is sturdy, easy to assemble and perfect for a home gym. I used this at Orangetheory and loved it so much I got one because of the versatility in comparison to a big, bulky weight bench. I am 5’3” so this isn’t for anyone above 5’7”.

This is a solid product. It isn’t terribly comfortable like others noted, but it is a perfect length for me at 5’10”. Hinges are stiff to begin with, but they get better with use or silicon. It serves my purposes well.

Solid construction. This can handle a lot of weight.

I am beyond impressed with this bench. It's nice and solid/ study for using it as a stair stepper and has grips for safety. There are 2 different heights to step as well and very easy to change from one to the other. There's 3 different levels of incline for using it as a bench. There's holes going along the side of the bench as well as on the bottom to use resistance bands. Also the weight is perfect enough to be stable for a bench/ step but also light enough where I can move it around. I am blown away and so glad that I came across this.

I have a very small home gym (Bowflex dumbells and some bands) and this bench is great! It is very low to the ground compared to a traditional bench but that is one of the reasons I like it so much. It has enough different positions to do a complete workout (incline, decline, flat, upright) that you can do chest, biceps, shoulders and some back. If you have a full home gym then you might want to upgrade to taller and wider bench but for guys like me (40's) that just want to lift to maintain muscle and stop the slow, steady decline of older age, this is perfect!

Like the bench, only issue should be made a little longer. I'm 6ft 1 and my head hangs off while doing flat bench dumbbell presses. Choice you have is your head hangs off or your butt. Could use some padding. Made strong.

I love this bench. It allows step-ups, chest, shoulder and arm workouts. It saves space because I don't need extra gym equipment.

Great size, easy to change up and not that heavy. I have had it for a week. I love how many different ways you can use it. Can even do a cardio workout!
