FireStik FL3-B Three Foot FireFly Antenna With Tuneable Tip (Black)

Had to go to a fender mount on my new 2023 f150 due to it being aluminum and having a tanau cover. This is ALL you want on a fender mount! I had a 4 foot firestik 2 on a mag mount on my last truck and it wouldve destroyed my fender mount on this truck. This is absolutely perfect. BTW a procomm medium duty spring is the perfect spring for this. Light duty was wayyy too floppy and a heavy duty would snap this antenna off before bending.Was so easy to tune to 1.1 swr and works exactly like it should. Looks good on my truck and it is nice it being thinner and lighter. Definitely recommend. Cap was black to match antenna

My setup currently consists of this antenna and a President McKinley SSB CB. This antenna was easy to adjust with an SWR meter. I got the SWR at channel 20 right at 1.0, and the radio’s performance is excellent with this antenna. I would definitely recommend a spring at the bottom of this antenna, because although the fiberglass is somewhat flexible, if it got in a fight with a branch, it would lose. Overall fantastic antenna for CB radios.

Fit easy on my Jeep WJ easy to tune

A slight hassle to learn/acquire the right parts, but once together it's proving to be part of a very good CB system. I used a 2018 Tacoma ditch light hood mount (modified), the Firestik K4R bolt mount and Firestik Fire Ring coax cable. I'm getting 1.01 SWR on channel 20. Very pleased.

So happy to have my Fire Stick, Local manufacturing and the best antennas for mobile use be it on the mirror mounts on my KW before I retired or on my 4 wheeler now. Keep the good times rolling driver.

Easy to tune for 10 & 11 meter. Rugged, & reliable.

Firestik is a very good antenna, just be sure to order correct item. I needed a NGP antenna and ordered this one by mistake. Company return policy was not as I would have liked, being a Prime customer.

This antenna works great. It's mounted on a Topsy bracket and Wilson "Gumdrop" base, with a 3" Marketty SS-3H spring.After tuning, my standing wave is 1.0 / 1.0 !A word of caution - the standing wave MUST be measured with the antenna "cap" in place ! If the cap is not replaced every time you make a tip adjustment, the readings will be way off.
