Love it! I started using it straight away. My wrists have been needing this. The price was very affordable as well. Sadly they didn't have the images I wanted in green in the size I needed for my small hands. Either way this one with the Yin/Yang will does fit the size of my hands. At the end of the day, all that matters is that it functions well as it's meant to - and it does.

The box itself is cheap, but I do not care about the box at all. The balls themselves are gorgeous; I love them. I use them while studying, and they do help me (I like a small distraction while studying). I thought that the jingle was going to be annoying, but actually, no, I legit appreciate the sound they produce. It's not loud or annoying, and of course, it works as intended, no issues whatsoever. The weight is pretty good as stated, *5 ounces*, and pretty comfortable to hold. All you have to do is rotate them in your hand, kind of like "make them dance around"; that's all you have to do as far as I know.

i must have dropped these things about a dozen times and i still cant find a dent on any of them. the bells inside sound like wind chimes blowing in the wind and between that and the semi-fidgety motion you use with them i think its great for people with anxiety or stress. but these in particular are rather small so they are best suited for people with smaller hands. (get larger ones if you have bigger hands)

I have a larger set that is excellent. I ordered this as a smaller set to work somewhat differing muscle, joints, and tendons. They work great. Good size. Nice light chime.

I really like these and the concept and design, but they're poorly executed. The surface is inconsistent, as is the design, often missing some of it or having it poorly done. And you can't even drop them on carpeting without risking serious damage. Having said that, they're incredibly unreliable across the board-- defects, design flaws, inadequate materials, PLUS it's 50/50 if you get a defective box as well.

Exactly what I pictured from when I was younger. The balls are very good quality with a nice gentle ring. The box is a little cheap, but they are beautiful nonetheless.

I have recently been obsessed with the Yin Yang symbol. I purchased these on a whim. The craftmanship and design are phenomenal! The copper outline of the yin yang makes it look so fancy and expensive! I love the feel and chime of them in my hand. Highly recommend these.

Cheap and super light compared to my real pair. The weight and sound is off. Build feels thin size is similar but doesn’t function as I would have hoped.

The baoding balls are nice. I like the color and the soft bell sound when they move. The box is made of very cheap material.

These are perfect size for kids. It's hard to find small ones online, so these are great. My child is 10 years old and they're good. I still use them myself - but male adults especially will want a bigger size; and women may like a slightly bigger one too. I still use them though). 3.5cm diameter.
