Why did you pick this product vs others?:I got a few of these for work laptops - Dell 74xx models, and it works great. It's small enough that the fan vent is unobstructed, and it's sturdy enough that the laptops don't wobble around (once the slider is adjusted on the stand, obviously).

The media could not be loaded. Does what it needs. Simple, looks clean. Happy with purchase. Only issue is tightening bolt doesn’t hold super well, but why the hell you shaking your laptop so much? I’d recommend

I use this for work to free up space on my desk as I previously had my laptop laying flat and it took up part of work station. I now have reclaimed a portion of my workstation and it looks professional and tidy. This stand is sturdy as it holds up my heavy 17 in. Surface Laptop. Easy to adjust if needed.I get lots of compliments at work with other staff requesting the same item for the desks/cubicles.

I now have a desk configuration where I leverage two travel monitors through a travel dock, and no longer have a need to keep my laptop open when working. I am a digital nomad. This stand is much more lightweight than my previous stand. So for the same weight while traveling, I can pack this laptop stand plus my additional travel monitor and stand. It's a well built stand and gets the job done. The width is easily adjustable with the knob. But the biggest advantage for me is not only the space saving design, but the weight saving design as well. Not something you really think about, until you do.
