Very Impressed! Read for more details.
I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend to anyone wanting a gaming PC for a decent price. I'll split this into two parts, first overall review and then the more technical review for those interested. Part 1: So overall this is a great all around PC. It has everything you need to game right out of the box. Good storage size for lots of data, good amount of RAM, processor is actually better than I thought and never caps out at anywhere close to 100% It looks great, the case is super solid ( surprisingly heavy ) runs everything I throw at it and is pretty quiet. The power button is really my only small gripe in this first section and that's because I turned it on once and it shut right back down. This was because the button can get stuck pressed in if you don't press it directly in the center. Not a big problem. If you are getting this as a gift or it's your first time buying a gaming PC I have some recommendations to keep your experience of PC's as pain free as possible. First I would look up some videos on YouTube about what to look for when getting a PC shipped. Connections, graphics cards and other things can come loose, leading to nothing happening when you turn it on or worst case a dead computer when power is turned on the first time. Always try to use a surge protector on the computer power as sensitive electronic can easily burn out in a surge. When you peel off the protective film on the glass I always remove the glass completely from the computer case BEFORE peeling. Peeling of the film on the glass can build up a strong static charge and this could be damaging to the PC. Remember to plug your HDMI into the graphics card and not the motherboard. And lastly keep it clean from dust build up, look up some videos on how to safely clean it. Part 2: Technical stuff... So I was really surprised on how cool this PC stays while gaming. I mean my room gets super hot but the computer stays pretty cool. Average temps (in Celsius) Processor 34 at idle 52-55 is the max I have seen it get to but it goes down quickly. GPU MSI RTX 3060 43-45 idle (at idle fans don't run until under load) and about 65 max but that with the card being overclocked with MSI Afterburner. Ram, MOS and chipset temps never seem to get to high, about 36-40 at idle and maybe 50 max while gaming. Games played on this PC are at the bottom. One odd thing in the case design is you have this nice magnetic removable dust screen on top but.... that is an exhaust so it in theory will trap dust that already made it through the computer as the front intake fans have no screen to filter out dust. This also applies to the exhaust on the CPU water cooler, it exhausts out the side of the case while pulling in dust that already made it trough the intakes in the front. My solution was just to remove them and clean the inside more often. I noticed there was a significant reduction in exhaust pressure with the screens on. It never got too hot inside but just seems like an odd oversight on the design. I ended up moving the two 120mm aRBG fans from the top and one from the rear so the front has all three for intakes swapping out the two plain black fans the were intakes. I see them from my viewing angle so this looks better. I then added two 140mm aRGB fans on top for exhaust right above the motherboard and another 140mm on the rear for more exhaust. I took one of the black fans since they were not used anymore and moved it to the bottom of the case where the HDD/SSD drive tray was so total I have four 120mm intake fans, three 140mm exhaust fans and technically two more 120mm exhaust fans on the water cooler. I went with all matching Thermaltake aRGB white fans for the new 140mm's. I got two more sticks of Thermaltake RAM bringing me to 32GB and added a Samsung 2TB 980pro with heatsink to the second NVMe slot. I got rid of the PSU cables and added white cables that have separators that keep each individual wire perfectly spaced from each other. All games for me are set to a capped 60FPS. I don't play competitively, don't see a huge bump in visual fidelity beyond 60 ( even though my screen is 120Hz) and you can run higher overall settings if you aren't trying to pump out 120FPS+ Games: Hogwarts Legacy 1080p, max settings, RTX on preforms great. Loading times are almost non existent. Doom Eternal 1080p max settings no problem. It runs smooth, even when everything is going crazy around you. Diablo IV 1080p max settings, acts like it's not even trying. GPU load is about 45-60% CPU about 20-30% The Division 2 1080p max settings benchmark gave results of CPU average 25% GPU average 65% I think you get the point, here is a list of other games I play, all maxed settings. Borderlands 3, Battlefield 2042, No Man's Sky, VTOL VR, Boneworks VR, Portal 2(260FPS+lol) all the HALO's, GTA V, High On Life and 70 more games on steam. This is a great computer for the money and even though I have always built my own, I haven't had time to start from scratch with work kicking my butt. This revived some confidence in pre builds even through channels on YouTube like Gamers Nexus most of the time find so many things wrong with them. Lately they have said Thermaltake is beginning to make changes for the better and so far I am impressed with their products. I may have gotten lucky but either way every part that was in the details was installed in this computer. That's better than when my son tired to buy a pre build, it was a total scam... Overall I would recommend this for sure.

WOW!!! Amazing and easy!!
This computer is so top grade for the price. I can literally run anything on it. I have played War of Wrights, GTA V, PUBG all on the highest settings and it runs them problem free. If I could change one thing it would be more RAM. Even the standard 16g of RAM that it comes with is fine if you donโt plan on editing photos and videos. (Easy to upgrade if desired) The picture shows a 600w power supply but when I got the computer it came with a 700w power supply. The graphics card is a RTX 3060. The computer runs very quiet and the visuals are just as good in person as they are on the pictures. I recommend this computer to anyone that doesnโt want to have to put everything together. I just didnโt have the time to build one myself. The shipping was amazing. Nothing was wrong with the computer when I got it. I was expecting a mid size tower but it ended up being a full size. All I had to do was take it out of the box, remove the glass screen and take out some packing, put it back on, making sure to plug the cables in the ports and fire away. It took all but 10 mins at most. On a side note make sure you plug the HDMI cable into the graphics card otherwise you will not get a image on your monitor. All around 10/10 great computer.

Just Eh
UPDATE: Itโs starting to blue screen and crash a lot while playing games or having multiple tabs open! Honestly donโt recommend this pc at this point ! My review will be updated as time goes on! So letโs start from the moment I purchased this thing! Order placed and set to Arrive just 2 days after . 1 day passes and the delivery date changed to 4 days out now . So the delivery was then late. After I got the package the box was torn up as if some animal got to it ? Or maybe the delivery guy was hungry . Either way didnโt look pleasant non the less we opened it and it was packaged decently and all of that. But to my surprise almost every corner on this has a little dent and also as you see in the pictures some random black marks inside which are permanent . But to spend this much money I want something literally perfect . So of course I contact Amazon because this product is both shipped and sold by them not a third party ! They say nothing we can do. Ok cool Iโm glad I spent 1400 on a dented marked up white box , anyway after seeing those and getting the amazing customer service response I just decided to plug her in. To take this glass panel off was an absolute pain. Took me just about 30mins because it was so stuck. Iโve used many many cases and idk what was wrong with this one, anyway got it open finally took out the little foam protection and everything looks pretty good . I plug her in and let it run and setup windows per instructions that came with it . Also on the instructions states to watch for any leaks from the water cooler . Fantastic Iโm being told to watch for something that must mean itโs happened quite a bit . I didnโt see anything at first but then i started to see little wet spots on the awesome graphics card. No problem I messed with the hose and fixed that problem . They might as well hire me . The computer does run pretty nice for the first little while then it does get a little hot . Those are my only issues up until this point and Iโve had it now for about 3 days . I will update this review as things occur for now I think this is an ok pc to buy. For the sale price itโs not to bad just be prepared to maybe have to fix some things.

With the current state of GPU prices buying a prebuilt is a good option
I bought the 3060 glacier edition of this PC. Upon reading some reviews i was a little hesitant but i really liked the build and specifically how to looked. You're essentially paying a premium for good looks and a water cooler when comparing the glacier to the graphite version. I had read reviews about the computer not displaying anything to the monitor out of the box. i thought i had this problem. Simple fix, monitor needs to be plugged into the graphics card via the HDMI port below the typical display ports. I had called customer support just to see their responsiveness, and they initially didn't pick up but returned my call minuets later despite me not leaving a message. So i am satisfied with that experience. The computer performs very well. A 3060 can handle most if not all modern games with decent graphical settings at the very least. Certain games like Esport titles (lol, overwatch, dota2, fortnight) are absolutely smashed by this computer. I am currently playing Elden Ring and loving it. The combo of the rtx 3060 and ryzen 5 5600x is not the highest line components, but they are no slouch. If you are a gamer with a moderate budget, this is the combo for you. 16gb of ram is fairly standard for modern gaming. I personally upgraded the ram myself because i really like the Thermaltake ram it came with. with 32 gb of ram you can multitask to your hearts content and the rgb on them are very nice. The stock 16gb ram is completely adequate though. The seller has stated that they cannot guarantee the brand of GPU or motherboard. I had gotten MSI components for both and I am satisfied. No issues, and i really like MSI Dragon center software. You are able to track temps, adjust performance settings, and adjust RGB settings. I have fun just playing with the RGB. And RGB components (including the fans and ram that come with the computer) that are hooked to the motherboard can all be adjusted and even synchronized using MSI Dragon Center. This computer is an absolute value for what it is (especially the graphite version, like I said the glacier version is 100 dollars more for a prettier but ultimately same computer). You can build a comparable system on your own. But factoring in that this PC comes with windows pre installed and the current market of GPU's you wouldn't be saving much money, and you'd have to build it. The value is here. This computer is beautiful. The cables are managed. The bells and whistles are here. It has it all, if you have the coin.

From a PC Noob, I like it.
The setup process (after unboxing it from the very safe box it came in) was easy! My only main concern is the USB ports by the power button. My second USB will sometimes not recognize my mouse, and this was especially annoying while trying to play games. The third USB (last one on the right) also seems to mess with my headset and needs to be readjusted every now and again (aka, unplugging it, or switching what is connected to that port). Other than that, I have had no issues with the PC. The design of it is why I purchased it because I do not know much about PC components so I definitely love the white case.

Very good Value for Very good specs.
For the past 3-ish years I had a very low end pc, an IBUYPOWER PC that has a 1030, and a ryzen 3 2300x. Long story short It was prime day and decided to look around and saw this amazing deal of 1,099 for these specs and I was like you know what Im gonna buy it. Even though I had some problems with the payment and some issues with the delivery date, along with amazon not updating me on why nothing was getting shipped even on said 'delivery day.' The day of the actual delivery It was a little lighter than I usually carry, installation was very easy and installing and downloading the minimum stuff like chrome steam battle net was all super easy! Tried Fortnite on it for the first time, at all high settings and very far view distance I was getting 120-160 fps capped! I am so happy with this purchase and would recommend this to anyone looking for a starter pc or an upgrade that can play pretty recent games!
