Very worth the money!
These are the best for me after trying Valsole, Dr Scholl's low arch and plantar fasciitis insoles, and Dr Scholl's heel cups. I struggled with plantar fasciitis over a year and I have low arches. This helped me restart exercise while my plantar fasciitis healed. I just paced myself. The support is strong, adequate firmness (not too much or too little), and I didn't have to trim. I switch these out between my boots and running shoes. These also fit without trimming for me in Adidas, ASICS, and Nike running shoes. I didn't have to size shoes up or anything because they don't take up that much space inside the shoe. Highly recommended.

Fit and feel
Bought this for my son off a recommended of his podiatrist. He has a pair in his school shoes and his football cleats. He loves them and it has helped with his ankle and knee alignment.

Worth the higher price
I have very flat feet and work at a job that has me standing on concrete for long periods of time and these insoles are great! They have lots of cushion and support. I do wish they were less expensive, but can you really put a price on comfort?

Hip flexors, Hip doesn't hurt, but soles have a burning sensation after 2.5 miles walk
I have fallen arch. Feet and hip hike issues have contributed to this. After trying many many arch supports including another from Superset, this is the first low arch insole that has simply eliminated by hip flexor and outer hip pain. I am able to do 1.5 to 2.5 mile walk without holding my hip and limping. So that's a good sign. However, I have found that I have slightly burning blistery sensation on the sole of my feet. It's been just a few days since using these. I hope this is temporary otherwise I need to keep looking for my unusual issues. I am giving 4 stars for no hip flexor and outer hip pain from the first day of wear; that is amazing as I have been pretty much in pain for many years and have tried many shoes and insoles.

Great for daily wear if you have heel, foot or back pain!
Wow. I am not a runner - far from it, but I do walk a lot and I get heel pain, foot pain and knee pain. Having these which are soft thick and yet somehow supportive have really helped me reduce all of those things when doing my walks. It was recommended by my physical therapist and itโs so incredibly helpful for daily wear if you are someone who suffers from foot, knee or even back pain like me.

Not Durable!
$55 for inserts that don't last 6 months! Purchased my fourth set of Superfeet in April for my KSwiss court shoes used for pickleball, but in this new style. I play 3-4 times per week for a total of 8-10 hours per week. After 4 months, the bottom of the right foot started feeling uncomfortable, and when I pulled the inserts out to check, found that the insert surface was worn through. Not sure if this is a defect or poor design, but the surface seems too thin and delicate - it tears easily. I find this lack of durability unacceptable for a product that demands this high a price - it's half the cost of the shoe! When I first started using these insoles I was quite happy with the fit and feel. The KSwiss factory insoles are only okay, and after a few months of use left my feet feeling a little "tired". After inserting the Superfeet insoles, the shoes felt so much better! No trimming was required and they offer excellent arch support and superior stability, as expected. I've always been a big fan of Superfeet, and have had pairs that last for many years which are much more durable. I'm hoping this is a one-off, but I won't be purchasing this style again.

Help the arch
Definitely helps with low arches. The material is made of good quality and thickness (not flimsy) and comfortable. After using them in my tennis shoes my knees arenโt hurting.

I'm loving them so far and my feet are thanking me.
Just received and inserted into my shoes. I didnโt even have to trim to fit, the generic insoles in my basketball shoes were basically the same size. I'm using these specifically for volleyball and will be trying them out tonight. I've tried my brothers Superfeet Orange before before but it made my ball shoes way to tight so I went back to using the generic insoles and never tried others to see what worked for me. These however, were perfect, a little snug but I can still wiggle my toes (always a plus for me) and just the right amount of cushion. Will update on how will they performed after playing volleyball. Update: During my volleyball run, the insoles performed better than I thought. Cushion/Impact Protection was phenomenal. My knees and especially my feet were not sore after playing volleyball for 3 hours. Every time I landed, it felt like I landed on a cloud. No kidding. I also realized, the insoles already molded to my feet. Not sure if it's because of all the jumping and running I did. First time EVER purchasing insoles so I'm not sure if they're suppose to mold to your feet that quick. Will have to see how they hold up playing volleyball 3-4 times a week.

Better than my orthotics, helped to mitigate my hip and knee pain during runs and walking.
I have a low foot arch in my right foot, which has caused a lot of issues during my runs. Due to my overpronation, my knee would buckle in, and my IT band would be strained. The medial part of my stability running shoe, would wear down quicker, exacerbating the issues further. Once I purchased these, I noticed a difference in my running gait and didn't suffer from hip or knee pain. They had proven to be so good, I purchased another pair for my walking shoes. I must emphasize that these inserts won't strengthen or improve your arch. It's designed to bring comfort and support your arches on day to day basis. Only physio/chiropodist type exercises will help to strengthen your feet.

Saved my 574s. Buy cheap, buy two or three times to end up with Superfeet in the end.
Honestly saved my new balance 574. I bought the 574 for the hype and what not, and to my dismay the insoles were terrible, and the heel was tough on my feet. I figured I would try different insoles, and so I did. I tried dr.scholls air pillow, I tried memory foam, I tried plantar fasciitis specific insoles. None of them worked. Either the arch support was too strong and I would feel it the entire day, or the cushion is far too soft to the point the slightest weight and pressure would compress it complete. I even went back to the NB stock insoles as a last ditch effort, to accept it as it is. After searching online the one pair of insoles that keeps popping up are these superfeet insoles. I chose this pair even though I have a medium height arch, I figured I hate the feeling of feeling arch support in my shoes, so these would work. I wanted more cushioning effect on the heel specifically, hence the "run" version. Out of the box it's just the insoles included. The box was actually smashed, so 3/10 for packaging. Installation was easy, and the size 9 was actually the exact same size as the NB stock insoles, so no trimming needed at all. Height from the forefoot is actually slimmer than the stock insoles, so no crammed toes here. My biggest concern was the heel, as some insoles (dr Scholls) raise the heel so much to accomodate cushioning, to the point your heel is no longer locked inside the shoe with the heel counter, hence they feel super uncomfortable. These insoles raise the heel just by a little, so the heel counter can still lock my heel in place. I don't feel my feet raised by the insoles too much, compared to the stock insoles. My first few steps I can already feel a difference. I don't feel arch support, which is a positive for me as I hate having feeling something on that part of the feet. Forefoot cushioning is decent, which is supported/provided by the orange foamy part of the insoles. The heel also has the same orange foamy part, which again provides decent support. I can't say how long this will last, some online reviews complain you have to buy insoles every 6 months. I don't plan on wearing the 574 everyday, but I would imagine the insoles lasting pretty long since I have shoes in rotation

Excellent support for low-arched flat feet.
These have a slightly higher instep than the other pink standard Superfeet ones I have. I went on Superfeet's website to find out which one I needed, because Superfeet have a few models. So they are made for flat feet, to raise arches, to ensure your arch remains higher. IOther Superfeet ones do that too, however, these a a teeny bit higher that the other Superfeet model I tried. I'm very flat footed (pronating) and I need this kind of strong arch support. Fits great in my crocks or running shoes and mules (if the back of the mules have a border to hold the arch supports inside the shoe. Love these. Can cut the toe section to size easily with scissors. I saw a youtube video from a physio therapist and he recommended this brand. I've bought other brands, that kind of look just like these, (but different colors and patterns) but this brand is the best. Worth every penny to avoid pain, but unfortunately they are pricey.
