I bought this to draw a design on a black pinafore dress I've made, and it worked perfectly, though I suggest drawing the design out with chalk before hand because once the pen is on its not coming off, although it dosent say it needs to be ironed on to set it before washing I did because i really didnt want to lose my design, It didn't even fade a little in the wash and I'm really happy with the pen, the only problem and the reason for the 4 stars is the fibre tip, It picks up the firbers and makes it a little hard to get detailed designed.

Super easy to use, only needs one or two coats even on dark fabric. Great price too!

Fabulous colour on fabric, easy to use. Only problem was that when priming by shaking, if you've been using it for a while it can splatter, but it was only a few drops and I guess if I'd though it through, I'd have put the cap back on before shaking it again. Would definitely buy again.

Disappointed with product poor quality

I bought this pen to write our surname on the outside of our suitcases so they were better identified on the collection belts at airports. I also wrote our address on the inside in case they got lost by the airline.I’ve also used it to write names in my children’s black school shoes.Just don’t forget to shake the pen before each use (you’ll here the ball bearing rattle like a tin of car paint etc.,) and press down gently on the nib of the pen (on a scrap of paper / cardboard etc) to soak the nib in the paint before you start to write on your item.

I just received this pen it does not work what a waste of money

UPDATE: So, this is weird. When I tried to use it yesterday, it was dry as a bone. I shook it a lot, pressed the tip down - nothing. Today I was about to throw it out and for the heck of it, tried again to use it.... and it actually wrote! My sense is that the tip was very dry and it took overnight to actually seep through and coat the tip so that there was the liquid in it. So, I guess, if yours is dry, shake it, wait for a day, shake it again, and it might actually work.ORIGINAL: It was completely dried out and unusuable.

So so so so so beautiful! Used this for t-shirt and jeans personalization! Does NOT come out in washing machine. Does NOT come out in tumble dryer. Surprisingly resistant for non toxic paint pens! Really amazing quality. It has one con, the first time I ordered these I had to press the nib and shake them over and over but the second time I ordered it was perfect instantly after a few shakes. Only reason I give it five stars and not four is because they deserve five and I want to keep the rating UP! Thank you Amazon, thank you Artline.
