Is this ladder really 13 feet when fully extended anyone measured this ladder and can confirm is 13 feet?

It is 129 7/8" fully extended and opened, 63 1/2" fully extended as an A-frame. I suggest WD40, the hinge pins will operate much more smoothly! I highly recommend this ladder!

Can it be non-slip when used on stair steps?

Yes, When using on steps, you only need to adjust the telescopic height on one side of the ladder and lock it. Place it in place and use it. The bottom of the ladder is equipped with rubber non-slip foot pads, which can effectively increase the friction. , To achieve the purpose of non-slip

Does the manufacturer have a suggestion for a scaffold/work platform? i can't find one manufactured by stealth.
