i thought it was faulty at first
very nice, vey comfy and gives enough lift to mimic what the chiropractor does when she's doing the traction with the towel. I thought it was faulty at first because I didn't think to close the valve after inflating. Written instructions would be nice, I also put it on upside down and had to go and search online for images. Overall, great, nice price too

Had my neck pain and been suggested to use this was very good to use that Had a good sleep having with that and my next was ok next day

Already not working after 1 month!
I bought this less than a month ago and was working well and helping with my neck problems. However I can hear the air escaping now and it appears to be coming from defective stitching that looks like it was patched up and has come loose again. So I would not recommend buying this product and am going to look at a traction pillow as an alternative.

Ok for occasional use if you have issues with compression. Thankfully since I last used it about 2 years ago the pain has not returned.

Made for a giraffe!
I donโt know whose neck this supposed to fit but I ran out of neck after pumping it. It squashed my cheeks. Also the velcro straps cut into my face making it uncomfortable and painful.
