The 5 in 1 feature works perfectly
I have other controllers which do not match the strip they are connected to. Like and RGBWW connected to an RGBW strip. This five in one solves that and will present its type it’s configured as. Suggest setting the type before you pair it with your hub. I wish you could configure a max current or max brightness, as some strips will overheat at max brightness or white color.

Works but had issues
Works fine for a couple days then becomes unresponsive to commands. A power cycle fixes it. I then extended the light wire 10+’ and moved the module to make sure it wasn’t an zigbee interference problem. Same issue happened over and over. I bought another brand and put it in the exact same spot and that one has been working for a week perfectly. Sending this one back.
