JETechCase for iPad mini (A17 Pro, 2024 Model, 7th Generation) / mini 6 (2021 Model, 6th Generation), Slim Stand Hard Back Shell Smart Cover with Auto Wake/Sleep (Black)

I had one of these for my older Ipad mini so bought again this time for the new model. Perfect fit and an excellent product at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Happy with this cover. It’s protecting my iPad well and looks good. Has openings in all the right places for camera, controls etc. Good price.

Chose this because the see through hard plastic actually protects the corners of the iPad, which from reading the reviews the Apple product does not.This one fits snugly but doesn’t feel too tight.Four stars because Unfortunately the plastic on the corner does slightly impede the fingerprint button, which has occasionally been a problem though I am getting better now at placing my finger in just the right way.The other complication is the Apple Pencil attaches magnetically to the iPad and I find it falls off if I hold the iPad in my hand using the folded back to hold on to.This isn’t really the fault of this cover which makes a good job of Apple designing the iPad in strange ways…

Well fitted case

This case is for the iPad mini 7th generation. A robust case in a pleasant colour and very functional.

This is a nice case which looks and feels great and is mostly ideal for the price, however…. When holding in portrait mode (when reading for instance) the cut outs at the bottom around the USB C port feel quite sharp a dig into your fingers when you use your little fingers to keep the iPad stable.The case doesn’t really allow for holding the iPad on the sides as the rear part slides up.If you’re mostly using this case in typing mode or standing mode when watching videos you won’t have these issues. Just beware that the quality around the cut outs isn’t great. I’d give it a 6/10.
