This stuff moisturizes incredibly well. It sinks right into the skin and locks in deep hydration that lasts all day, giving a healthy, natural glow without making me look or feel greasy. The texture is the absolute best part—it absorbs completely, so there is zero sticky residue left behind. My skin just feels incredibly soft, smooth, and genuinely hydrated. If you have melanated skin and are looking for a reliable, deeply hydrating moisturizer that lets your skin breathe and feels completely weightless, Cetaphil is a total game-changer. This particular Cetaphil lotion was not a good match for use on my face. I broke out after using it, so for me, it wasn't non-comededogenic. (Perhaps I needed their sensitive skin formulation for my face? I did find that one a bit more difficult to find.) However, it works wonderfully on the rest of my skin. It soaks in quickly and doesn't leave any sort of tacky feeling behind. I like it as a daily maintenance application. So while the listing isn't quite accurate for me ("face and body") the product itself is still useful for 75% of my skin's surface.

Firstly, I'll say that this is a good lotion that absorbs quickly, but I'm going to follow up with it is not a good top layer. This lotion should go on first as a base, then you should use something with a little more thickness like CereVe. If you use this by itself, it will work, but I just feel like you need a thicker sealant on top of this to protect it, if that makes sense. It won't stand up on its own. Other than that as a caveat, this is a good solid choice for lotion. I think I don't have to extol its virtues too much, because it's not a secret. I could wish that it was a bit cheaper, as a product, but the amount that you get for the utility is pretty darn great. It doesn't have a heavy fragrance at ALL, so it is ideal if you have allergies. It is light and gives your skin a delicate layer of moisture that is a relief in the winter months.

First time using this moisturizer and so for its not too greasy, it feels light on the face and it's very moisturizing. The consistency of the product is great and the fragrance in it is ok
