How do you use it or apply with carrier oil? New to this process.

You can put a few drops in a diffuser, you can also fill a roller ball with a carrier oil and a few drops, or put the carrier oil and a couple drops in your hands and rub into skin as needed. Check the plant therapy website for tips and ratios.

I revived mine today but they did not come in a wooden box and they are just roll on ones .... so I can’t defuse them I guess ?? Wrong item ??

If they are a roll in they have been diluted with a carrier oil and cannot be diffused. You may have ordered the wrong item?

Is it okay to diffuse the immune boom all night? Why does the bottle say diffuse 30 minutes on and 30 minutes off if diffusing all day?
