Great little device. Samsung "S" Switch.
This device is a life saver. If you have a newer Samsung Galaxy phone with a Type "C" connection, you can transfer files to and from your phone using a standard USB flash drive. This device is just an adapter for a flash drive. Once files have been copied from your phone, just unplug this adapter from your flash drive and you can then copy them to any computer with a USB port. Simple! When you're done copying files to and from your flash drive, just don't forget to "eject" it before unplugging from your computer or cellphone to prevent any loss of files, videos, or photos.

These USB-C Male to USB Female adaptors worked
I bought these as a I needed a way to charge things like cell android phones (which only charge from USB C cables) from a location where I have only USB-C female power outlets available. While a USB c male to USB C male cable would work, I needed to be able to connect a standard USB cable in as well for other devices that did not have USB C connectors. Another adapter I purchased elsewhere could not pass a charge -- apparently not all such adapters can, there is something about how they are built. The only ones I found out there that can pass a charge are the Samsung adapters . These Samsung branded adapters from Amazon did work and I could charge with them. Note: While the two purchased here were in fact "Samsung" branded, they did not arrive in Samsung packaging, they were literally two loose items in an unmarked or labeled small plastic zip bag. That said, I am happy they worked for me.

Works great so far for my Samsung Tab S6 10.5" SM-T860NZBLXAR
Works great for my Samsung Tab S6 10.5" SM-T860NZBLXAR. Plugged in my Lexar 64gb 3.0 usb flash drive, transferred files and played videos directly from the flash drive with no issues. Only problem I have is I have to take the tablet out of the case to use it. The adapter won't fit in the usb-c plugin area but thats a case problem and not the adapter. Very happy so far :)
