Works as promised
Well built product. Got it installed from UC. Bough the housing and frame from a local store. The first UC technician goofed up the wiring. The second one fixed it. Working as scheduled and the physical on/off button is a boon. Waiting for the product to be back in stock to order another one.

Only goods but no service
Excellent product, made my life much easier. I use it to turn ON/OFF a heavy load device (14 Amps) using my voice.i deducted a star as they didn't provide installation service. I had to it by myself.BTW,Their Telephonic costumer support is very good, as they paitently guided me through the whole Google assistant setup process.

Quality & performance
I was very much impressed on the quality of the product. This is for replacement of earlier one. The earlier one worked for almost 4 years.

It is Chinese item getting sold with TATA Brand name. Wifi going offline after 4 months of use.
It worked perfectly fine for 5 months but after that it is going offline. After power switch on and off, it comes online but goes offline again.The biggest disappointment is Service. There is no service once your item stops working. Their customer care will says backend team will reach but they will never reach you. That means there is actually no warranty. Like a typical Chinese item, not sure how long it will work. If it stops working, simply we have to throw it as there is no actual support or service.

Need to improve customer support
It has been working smoothly for an year, and stopped suddenly, the customer support team responded took back the product repaired and returned it in working condition.

It's stopped working
The wifi connection goes off very often and even when we press ON button,it's not working. I have tried as per your manual.

A good product with less cost
It is a good switch. Initially for pairing with alexa it was very difficult but after that it works perfectly. I bought other companies also but little bit more costly. This is a good product for this cost. No problem after that. One month gone no problem so for. Alexa works nicely
