Let me start by saying I am the sloppiest when it comes to “staying in the lines” in putting on nail polish. I have tried in the past (and failed) to do an at-home gel manicure. I followed the steps to the letter in this kit and my nails turned out so pretty. 6 days later they don’t have a single chip and are starting to grow out. Some people won’t like the small size of the nail polish bottles, but there’s 12 colors. If I wear each one for 2 weeks that’s 24 weeks to go through all the colors one time. They definitely will last me the year. This kit is so easy, if I can do it, you can do it. Try it!

Overall this product is great. I’ve spent so much money at salons and it was getting to be too much. The fact that this kit has pretty much everything is awesome. You have to shake up or stir the colors before you use them, some have clearly been sitting and need to be mixed back up! I’ve noticed my cuticles and skin around my fingertips are peeling after using this for a few months. I do not use the supplied cuticle oil, but opt for a brand I’ve been using for years that has vitamin E in it. I haven’t applied it as much since using this lamp, so I recommend using cuticle oil often if you notice this happening. It’s a risk I’m willing to take because this is saving me so much money.

Easy to use and the color choices were perfect. This set pairs perfectly with the Beatles gel nail kit. All pieces are as advertised. The LED gel nail-polish dryer, drys gel polish in 60 seconds. For great results, I recommend to dry the thumbnail twice, once with the entire hand and once alone turned on the side. This gets the whole thumbnail dry before moving on.

First of all, the fact that you get all of this for the the price is incredible. Note that the colored polish are in pretty small bottles, but there is good variety and they should each last for a few uses. You really have to use this in entirely different way than traditional nail polish - so there was a learning curve. The polish is really great at self leveling and doesn’t become streaky which allowed me to spend more time and take more strokes to get each nail carefully painted while making sure to not have any polish touching the skin or cuticle. I still have a couple nails where the top coat bled onto my skin a little, so we will see if this impacts how long they will last. I definitely would recommend this to anyone starting out! It’s a great kit with everything you need to get started.

Have had this nail polish on for over a week and no chips! Super happy with the machine and plan on using over and over.

This kit was amazing I love love love the concept of the kit. I just wish the nail polish bottles came a little larger. I think you could get at least 7 applications out of one nail polish bottle. Don’t hesitate purchase today!!!!

Would def suggest product to a new nail tech. Love the whole box. Was missing the door brush but wasn’t gonna send it back over one missing item.

The media could not be loaded.  This is my first time purchasing a Gel Polish Kit & this particular set comes with everything you need to make your hands & toes look as creative as your imagination! First things first the UV LED Nail Lamp comes with a sensor so when you put your hands or toes in it, it will automatically turn on & it remembers your last setting. So for instance if you had it on 30 seconds it will turn on to 30 seconds. The Lamp is strong so be careful because if you have polish on your skin it can burn. I recommend before you cure your nails to use the Pink Beetles Brush it comes with & use either alcohol or nail polish remover to clean up polish off your skin. The Lamp is also strong enough that it gives off a little heat. The cord to the lamp plugs into the back of the lamp & is about 4ft 10inches long. It's not short by any means but in my opinion I would like it a little longer but that's just personal preference. It comes with everything except two items are a bit different. One of the nail files/buffers is shown to be gray & is the Beetles Brand but what comes in the packaging is a Pink nail filer/buffer with no brand name on it. If you scroll down the listing in the product picture it does show the pink one. I do wish it came with the Beetles Brand one because it looked like it would of been better quality. Also the tweezers are shown to have a slant but the ones that come in the packaging are straight tweezers. This actually doesn't bother me because I feel like they will still pick up gems & rhinestones just as well. The nail tips do come with 100. It comes in ten different sizes. I do wish the sizes were bigger because two of the smallest sizes are just way too small for adult hands. I didn't buy the set for the tips because I have naturally long nails but I thought I mention it in case you really need the tips. Then again we all have different size fingers so the two smallest size might work on other people. I would say my fingers are thin & regular size for comparison. The nail polish I read in other reviews they didn't like how light the colors are. Well in the description it does say pastel colors but you can build up the colors. Not all are pastel though only some are. I know it sucks to have to do layers to build up the color but for me that just means that my nail polish is going to last longer because of the layers. I only tried colored a156 which is a pretty pink shade. I used the Base Gel, Top Gel, a156 Gel Polish & the Cuticle Oil & so far so good. I loved the way my toes came out. It also has a Matte Top Gel & Nail Straightener/Hardener. The 12 colored Gel Nail polishes are only 5ml which is small but you'll still get a decent amount of uses out of them. The Base Gel, Top Gel, Matte Top Gel & Cuticle Oil is 7.5ml leaving the Nail Straightener/Hardener at 7.3ml. So far I have no regrets buying this Gel Polish Kit & I recommend it especially if the colors are ones you like. Just be aware that you do have to build up the colors & that the lamp is strong.

Bought this as I wanted to start doing my own nails rather than head to a salon. This kit has everything you need - nail lamp, base + top coat and various colours - as well as instructions on how to start. A bit more expensive than other brands on Amazon but everything looks great quality and if you divide the cost with what you pay at a nail salon, it’s well worth the price $$$Just note: the UV lamp uses the American adapter so it might be worth buying the AU plug on your Amazon order

Super happy with this kit, was even more than I expected it to be!Very easy to use as a beginner and I am loving it!My only comment would be, it would be nice to have some removal items included. I find the application so great but removing the product is super hard!Thanks

I am very happy with my purchase. I've used the kit twice now and I'm already thinking of what I want to do next. The first time using it (red polish) I didn't seal the tips so there was some chipping and lifting, but I remembered for the second application. It will take a couple more applications for me to become an "expert."The colours are so nice; I didn't find them to be sheer, 2 coats are good (for me). The only complaint I have is that the bottles are so tiny. I wish they were a larger size.I recommend this kit. It will pay for itself after 3 or 4 uses.
