I only got 1 package of 12 orange essence prunes! This is the second time this month I have tried to purchase a box of 12 pkgs of prunes and reviewed 1 pkg. I'm getting very upset this has happened twice this month. I need the prunes! I need to talk to someone!

I ordered 12 packs of Sunsweet orange essence prunes. Only 11 packs were in the box.

This is the second time I ordered them and there are only 11 items in the box, not 12.

This is second (and LAST) time I've tried to order their 12 pack and only received 1.What's the problem??Untrustworthy.😦
