When you have to keep on your feet
I got this for my boss, who runs a sanctuary over a wide stretch of property. It gets pretty snowy and snow often makes ice. These are perfect for when he has to get part heavily rocky spots that shoe shoes would get destroyed in!

Great spikes!
Wore the spikes while hiking in Zion a few weeks ago since we encountered snow and ice. They worked great and allowed us to hike with confidence. Many people stopped and asked us about the spikes and wished they had purchased some. You receive great quality at a great price. Purchased 2 pairs. Love them!

Great Traction for Snowy/Icy Hiking - Great Budget Option
I used these microspikes over my Salomon Speedcross trail running shoes mid-December on a snow/ice covered 3 1/2 mile moonlight hike up a trail that starts out very steep and then changes to flat. These spikes handled the terrain amazingly well! I did not slip or slide at all and my footing felt very firm. They are also easy to get on and off and pack up very small for throwing in your pack when you don't need them (e.g., dirt).I have used Kahtoola microspikes for a few years, and noted that these Voroar microspikes compared well in terms of performance. You can see in my photos that these spikes are very similar to Kahtoolas, but about 1/3 of the price. The primary differences I noted are that the spikes themselves are about double the length of Kahtoola spikes, these spikes have a metal bar at the very front of the shoe, and these spikes have a slightly looser fit. I noticed I could feel the metal bar a little bit when I first put the spikes on my Salomon SpeedCross shoes, but not at all when I put the spikes over winter snow boots. However, the bar was barely noticeable while I was actually hiking. I ordered size small and these microspikes do fit slightly looser than my Kahtoolas on the same pair of shoes, but it did not affect their performance.All-in-all, I would say these microspikes are a great set of spikes for a much lower price point than their more expensive counterpart. If you want to extend your hiking through the winter, microspikes are a must, and these are a great budget option.

Works great
Works great. Had a few very, very icy days. Can walk on full ice and frozen pond without every slipping. My one qualm, with all snow spikes I’ve ever tried so far, is that they tend to clump up snow under your boot which makes walking more strenuous.

Excellent Traction
On snow, Ice, or dirt the traction is great. Easy to attach and they stay put. Only issue is plates are a bit narrow in the XL size so while crossing areas of hard surface there is a tendency for them to tip off the spikes and roll to the side and that stresses and tires the ankle quickly. The Bear model looks to be a bit wider so may be better than the Wolf at larger sizes.

Works perfectly.
I have bald shoes and slapped these on in the snow and the crunch of the ice digging in is satisfying. Works also on non-ice terrain but definitely meant for the hard slippery ice. I walked in powder and it kinda barley made a difference? But it was perfect for what I needed! And I strapped these to tennis shoes so that's how good these are! Don't question this just buy it.

Good things take time to create
I had to wait on the snow to use these, but they got me out of a nasty traffic situation at a busy intersection because I was able to walk easily on the unplowed sidewalk. They do not send you ice skating on store floors like most other cleats, but I always take a light pair of shoes with me for places with carpet, because carpet will trip you up in these teeth! Sturdy, comfortable. Very affordable for both safety and pocket.

Awesome (winter 2023 update)
Just got these in the mail, put them on, and walked my dog for an hour. We walked on bare asphalt, light crispy ice, light snow, deep snow, thick ice, and even went on an adventure through the woods behind my house. These crampons conquered all with flying colors, and have met and exceeded my expectations.Great piece of kit to have when you need to chase down your family while wielding a fire axe through a frozen hedge maze, or to just uhh you know, take the trash to the tip or walk the family dog.Common sense applies, DO NOT walk across uncarpeted areas inside, you will damage your floors.Winter 2023, season 2.Still awesome, some of the chain links started to separate but the SOG multitool fixed them right up; BUY THESE THINGS ALREADY and get outside and play, don't wanna become a dull boy, do we?
