This flavoring oil is tops. A few drops in your tea or teaspoons in your bundt cake and you'll be in ginger-heaven.Many ginger additives taste artificial or, if natural, are weak, requiring too much liquid to be versatile. This one suffers from neither of those drawbacks. You want gingery snaps? This is your Huckleberry, Tom.Best for hot drinks and baked goods as the oil infuses into cold liquids less well. But it will flavor that soda water if that's your jam. I suppose it will also flavor your ginger jam if that's your jam.

Nice product

I just received my Ginger aroma therapy oil and was very disappointed when I opened the box and oil leaked out and was all over the bottle. It had gunky, sticky ginger all around the lid and was sticky as it must have been leaking for a while. I had to wash my hands to try to get the sticky oil off my hands. I was not pleased with my order.
