Great product. clear instructions.
This under sink 5 stage RO system went together easily with the help of the manual and is currently working quite well. A number of little things, like the spare parts kit and the leak sensor cutoff switch are a nice touch. The first stage sediment filter clear housing is a must and seems to only be included in this brand. Overall quality is excellent and the full color pictures with little installation hints were great. Some minor howevers... However, there are a couple of items that can be improved, although they don't directly affect the performance of the system. One is the sheer bulk of the system (and any other RO system of this design). For dual sink installations where you have two sets of drains - and possibly garbage disposers, the system will not fit under the sink in all cases - mine was one. The main problem is the pressure tank. If you have a cabinet next door to the sink that you can give up some space, then the tank can go there. Otherwise it could be a deal breaker. This should be explained at the beginning of the manual and should give a footprint diagram and state: "STOP! Before you unpack our system...". This could simply be an added sheet laying in the top of the package. Second, the tool list is basic and you'll need other tools depending on the installation. Buy the optional slide-out rack is a must unless you plan to unmount the entire RO system occasionally as it will be impossible to change filters under the sink, especially the RO membrane. I ended up installing mine in the utility room with the faucet mounted on my laundry sink. This would be true of any RO system of this design. Not something explained on Amazon web pages for any system I looked at. Third, the manual gives a great description on how to prepare the leak sensor feedwater cutoff device, but they omitted to tell you where to put it and which line to put it in. I added the term "feedwater" because that's the line you put it in. It should be placed in the bottom of the sink cabinet under the RO system to detect leaks from the various push-in connectors that wet the cabinet floor. That should be thoroughly explained and seems to have been missed. Fourth, this system on my pressure well pump with 50-65 psi pressure switch, produces about 20 gallons a day, not 75 as advertised on Amazon. Real specs are actually spelled out in the manual and are accurate there. Not sure why they are advertising 75 GPD. The RO water to waste water ratio is not 1.5:1, which sounds amazing. It is closer to 1:1.5, which is closer to what I have read, about RO systems and is actually quite good for a non-boosted system. Although this is what I expected, it is something to be aware of if you are using it heavily and are paying for your water. A note on the above performance: my TDS (total dissolved solids) is lab tested at about 280 ppm for calcium compounds. This is high, resulting in very hard water, and will slow down RO water production. Also, running the system on a constant regulated higher pressure of 65 psi will improve the RO ratio and production performance. If you're not sure the RO system is working, without a TDS meter, just taste the waste water. (be careful if you suspect high levels of contaminants). Mine tastes like you dissolved a stick of chalk in it - imagined. The RO water is refreshing and clean. Overall, the system is excellent. The USA based company is one reason I chose this system. Although I have not had to use their help, other reviewers did and got good service. I highly recommend this system and their USA based company iSpring.

Best investment
I have purchased Ispring RCC7, NSF Certified, High Capacity Under Sink 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration system last year. It came with a faucet. After we installed it, we noticed that faucet was leaking. After I called Ispring support, Sean was so nice that he sent brand new faucet to my house. We have used it for about a year, and needed to change filters. However, I was confused which one we should get. I emailed Ispring support again, and Mr. Sean, as last time, responded quickly. He sent a link, which I used to order a new filters. It's the best investment. I no longer purchase bottle water by the cases. We always have unlimited water for drinking, cooking. This water tastes great! No strange taste, no any odors. I really appreciate Mr. Sean being kind, nice, responsive and helpful every time. I strongly recommend this RO filter system from ISPRING.

Great water quality and taste. Awesome customer service
iSpring is a fantastic water filter system. This is my second review. (July 2025) I bought it initially in the middle of 2018. Customer service is great. In 2023 the water pressure diminished considerably after 5 years of constant use. Sean in customer service explained to me how to fix the pressure issue checking it with a regular tire gauge and then pumping air with a bicycle pump. (Must be between 7 to 10 PSI). That solved the problem. This year (2025) the issue came back. Sean sent me a brand new pressure thank and other parts at no cost although my warranty expired long ago. Yesterday I put all together and my filter is working perfectly again. I just tested the water comparing the tap one (in Hollywood, Florida) with iSpring filtered one (I replaced all the cartridges in April 2025, except the RO membrane one). The numbers in ppm (particles per million) speak by them self. Tap water: 153 ppm - iSpring water: 20 ppm. Watch the video.

So far, so good
I bought this replacement set for my iSpring 5-stage Reverse Osmosis system. It comes with 6 pre-filters (2 sets of 3), which you are supposed to change every 6 months, and 1 post-filter, which you are supposed to change every 12 months. What that means is you have enough pre- and post-filters to last you a year. The RO membrane does NOT come with this replacement set because it should only be changed once every 2-3 years. Replacing the filters was relatively simple. First, you need to get on all fours under your sink (or wherever your RO system is installed) and turn off your water supply both from the tap side and the storage tank side. Then find each of the three housings containing the three different pre-filters and remove one at a time by turning each counterclockwise. It may require some oomph to get them going or you can just use an adjustable pipe wrench. Don't forget to lay some towels underneath because each housing is filled with water all the way to the top, so some spillage is expected. Once disconnected, remove the used filter by simply pulling it out, clean the insides of the housing with a paper towel, make sure the rubber gasket is still in place and replace with a new filter, making sure to match the appropriate filter to the appropriate housing. Screw the assembly back on to the system by turning clockwise, turn on the water supply and you are all set. I have not changed the last post-filter as it's not time for it yet, but I've learned from some other reviews that iSpring has apparently modified its connection tubing such that it's either a hair too short or too long now and requires the purchase of an $8 connector piece from your local hardware store. Not sure if that's going to be the case, which is why I called my review "so far, so good." Can't complain about the three pre-filters, which took me less than 30 minutes to replace. Next on my to-do list is to buy a TDS meter to test the effectiveness of the RO filtration system as a whole.

Bien compatible
bon rapport qualité / prix. Filtration correcte pour l'instant - à voir si la durée de vie est équivalente aux produits de marque.

Great value set of high quality filters.
Bought this set in order to replace filters in my iSpring water filter. Initially thought of cheaper no name, kinda compatible options but then I thought - does it really worth it to potentially compromise filtration quality for 10-15 quid? Nah. To change the filters, you just need to stop the water flow in filter and tank, unscrew using provided key, filter out + filter in, close well and test in the end to make sure no leaks. You can follow youtube too. It is really not hard at all. If you've seen cheap filters before, you would be able to say straight away that this filters even visually and upon touch are well made. In general, I'm very happy with my RO system for 6+ years and these filters are of course an essential part of it. In my time-tested opinion, they are great quality and provide great value for your money. Change them in time and pure, great tasting water is guaranteed. Hope it helps and stay well and healthy!
