Plastic but decent quality
This shower head holder, while not made of metal, boasts an aesthetically pleasing design and demonstrates ample strength. The installation process was remarkably swift, taking approximately one minute, and I’ve observed no leakage issues thus far. Additionally, I haven’t noticed any change in water pressure, which is a positive aspect. Overall, it’s a functional and visually appealing accessory for any bathroom.

Metal part will not crack and will be leak-free for many years
This part replaced one with a plastic connector to shower head pipe. The plastic had cracked and was leaking. We in stalled this part easily; use some teflon (plumber’s) tape for a good seal.

Surprisingly impressed by this holder
I bought this holder for my Hansgrohe Croma handheld shower and TechniFlex hose. It is well made, operates smoothly and brilliantly finished. The end of the hose fits easily in and out of the holder, and keeps it in place while showering. Additionally, it offers more range of motion than my previous holder allowing me to direct the shower down more for when I am shaving and do not want the direct spray on me. I am really pleased with this holder.

The holder, though light in hand, seems solid, pivots smoothly and easily receives/releases the hansgrohe shower wand.

Perfect fit.
I bought a cheaper holder than this, and it didn’t work as well. My hand held shower head fits like a glove with this.

This product is not worth buying
We needed a replacement part for the handheld Hansgrohe shower head we had. Installed and it leaked and squealed horribly when water was turned on, and the adjustability of the part would not hold the shower head in place. Tried Teflon tape with no success to stop the leaking but decided I could not live with the other defects of this part. I question whether this is a true Hansgrohe part or an imitation. Returning and will go to a plumbing parts supply dealer instead. I do not understand why the other reviews are so positive on this part.

Do not recommend. Made of plastic and cracks over time.
Made of plastic so over time will develop cracks. Had two go bad over 7 years. There are solid brass (in chrome) substitutes that cost more but are more durable.

sturdy construction
This knuckle, showerhead swivel is made for our hansgrohe shower wand. It doesn't leak irreparably like the one it replaced and can swivel 360 degrees. Replaced swivel was cheap plastic but this one appears to be all metal and fits hansgrohe wand perfectly with universal hose. We like it.

Looks great and works as described
This part was purchased to update a prior shower mount. We have a Hansgrohe Raindance S120 matched with a Hansgrohe techiflex hose. This works very well for our set-up and looks good.I saw that one review stated that their shower mount did not swivel, but ours works fine and allows a wide range of movement - up/down/left/right and it can also be rotated in a circular motion.It is a plastic part but seems to be well made and the chrome finish looks good and cleans easily.
