I only had 13 days to cleanse as much as I could before the test. I consider myself a light regular smoker. I smoke about a bowl's worth almost every night for about 4 years now. I'm 5 feet 0 inches tall and weigh 140 pounds. I definitely have more fat than muscle throughout my body and was still able to mask my toxicity levels with the amount of time I was given. Here is what I did and it worked for me.First I avoided reentering the toxin in my body as well regularly exercised for about an hour and a half EVERY DAY up until 48 hours before my test. I did weights, cardio and would go into the sauna for at least 30 minutes. I wanted to sweat as much as I could to help my body cleanse.Second I drank lots and lots of water, black tea and some Vitamin B supplements. This is the MOST important step because drinking water is what is going to actually cleanse your system, the caffeine from the black tea just helped me urinate more than usual.Thirdly after not exercising the last 48 hours, test day came around and on that day I had my test at 1pm, woke up around 9am and began hydrating on an empty stomach. I drank 3, 12 oz cups of black tea, 32 oz of water tested myself before I drank Qcarbo32 cleanser and a very faint negative was present plus my pee was completely clear which is not good because it shows how diluted my urine was. I wanted it to be yellow and a solid negative so I proceeded to drink the Qcarbo32 around 10:45 and finished the bottle around 11:10am. It wasn't that bad at first but drinking 32 oz of what tasted like flavored vitamins I used to take as a kid wasn't the best. After finishing the bottle I drank 32 more oz of water my pee came out yellow and then tested myself again and guess what?! It came out a solid negative!I then continued to pee and pee and drank water on the way there and then took my test around 1pm and passed!The craziest part was hours later the same night of my lab test I tested myself at home again for funnies and it was a faint native again. Goes to show how anything is possible you just have to put in the work.QCarbo didn't do the job by itself but it definitely helped seal the deal and I would use again if needed.Below I have pictures of my tests to show the differences before and after drinking the cleanser. First picture is before the cleanser. The second picture is within an hour after drinking the cleanser and the third is later that night when the water and cleanser were probably out of my system.

Gave the 32oz Tropical flavor a try at home before my real test. I quit smoking weed 3 days ago, I'm a daily smoker for many years. It didn't work - go figure, lol.I got the 32oz bottle down in 20 minutes. It burns on the back of your throat and down your esophagus. Little stops of water kinda help along the way but not much. I felt like I wanted to burp but was afraid to - I thought I might upchuck if I burped. I felt really bloated but got 33oz of water down in the next hour. Then another 16oz in the following 30 minutes. Peed a bunch of times. Tested positive all along. By 2 hours into this experiment I had ingested the 32oz of grossness plus 68oz of water and was still testing positive. Continued to test positive in the following hours.So - that's my test.No quick fixes folks. You'll need time or someone else's pee and the whole pee- heating setup. That's not for me. I probably won't get this job. I'll stay abstinent until after the test, and load up with water and a B Vitamin the day of the test instead of buying this again and see what i can do that way. It was really hard to get through the bottle and I felt really gross for several hours.

So first of all I’m 230lb smoked for 4 years straight daily and stopped smoking for about 2 weeks before taking this (i was definitely still positive after testing myself), took it the day of my test and it 100% works if used correctly (i explain how to use correctly in this review). I was very nervous buying this after going through reviews but needed to pass a pre employment urine test and let me tell you, it was very tough for me to get through this whole drink without throwing up. It’s not bad tasting but it has a strong almost stinging after taste in your throat that i wasn’t a fan of. But what’s worse, drinking something you don’t like or failing a test… Anyone who says this doesn’t work, i can promise you they didn’t follow the instructions correctly. Here are the instructions.FOR THIS DETOX TO WORK you need to drink the whole thing within 30 mins about 3 to 2-1/2 hours before your test, Piss, fill the whole drink back up with water and drink again, Piss, fill up with water again and drink all, Piss. Pee 3-4 times before your test and fill the detox drink up with water twice before you go to flush out your system. If you do this i almost guarantee you will pass. Trust me i was VERY skeptical about this detox but it worked for me. For those who buy a at home drug test to use to test themselves, i was very nervous because i had a VERY VERY faint line on my test after drinking the detox before i went to test but after a lot of research, i learned a line no matter how faint should result in a negative. I’ve never been more stressed in my life waiting for my results but after 4 days of no sleep my results came back negative. I don’t usually post reviews but i hope this helps someone who was in the same situation i was and are indecisive on what to use.

I was selected for a random drug test for a company I worked for but I smoked 4 days before it! I was freaking out and was researching what product was the best and I came across this! I was super hesitant but was deseperate for anything. So I ordered it over night and it came the next day. I took the drug test and was clean as a whistle! If you do take this you want to take it right! This is what I did:-1 hour before I drank the detox, I drank 16oz of water (About 2 glasses)-MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT EAT ANYTHING BEFORE DRINKING THIS. I never learned the hard way but honestly the way this drink tasted I almost vomited. It isn't the best tasting drink haha but hey! It'll save your ass! If you do however have a sensitive stomach, I would recommend eating something light like toast or crackers.-Shake the bottle very very well to mix up all those vitamins and other magical ingredients-Pace yourself while drinking this! You HAVE to drink ALL 32 ounces and it doesn't taste that great haha I used a chaser after it (cranberry juice worked well) just take it down and chase it like its vodka! haha-After you drink the detox, wait 15 minutes. Then fill the bottle back up with regular water (make sure you rinse the bottle very thoroughly to get rid of that nasty taste left over) and drink all of the water.-Allow at least 60 minutes for the the herbal cleanse to kick in and to become most effective. It lasts about 5 hours so I took my test about 1.5-2 hours after I drank the detox-Urinate at least 3-4 times before taking the test and you should be perfect!The thing I was afraid of was if my urine was going to look all diluted before the test, but the herbal cleanse contains a lot of vitamins in it, including B-12 which gives your urine its natural yellow-like color. I noticed my urine smelt a little like vitamins but the guy didn't really seem to notice. I took a 5-pannel quick test (which is the test they don't send to the lab and use the testing strips to detect the drug). They use the ones that you can buy at the local smoke shop or drug store. If you are super paranoid, buy two drug testing kits: One to see what the test will look before you take the detox and the other one to see what it will look like after.

Wanted to write a review hopefully it helps someone! This stuff worked for me - yay. I’m 5’6 130lb f. We get tested each semester but we don’t know when. Got a notice that one was coming up but had smoked three weeks prior. I hadn’t in 3 months but then smoked every day for Two weeks or so....was on break on holiday. Le sigh....I was still testing positive after three weeks, but with enough water (aka a lot lol) I would test neg which was interesting. But I didn’t want to come out diluted. Day of I had my appointment at 10am. Started drinking at 7:45.....not the easiest drink at all. Pretty nauseating after a while. I had a piece of dry toast beforehand to help out and keep it down. Took me about 40-50 min to finish it. I had a bottle of water halfway through. Threw away the bottle of QC once I did finish and had another two bottles of water. I didn’t fill the bottle because I was so sick of it at this point. Was clean on 2nd but tested on my 5th at a hospital (test was very fancy I might add...) and was super clear :). The evening before I drank a loooot of water to help.... I think this works if you can have some time before to abstain - seems like it works if you have about two+ weeks if you want to be safe. I felt fine the rest of the day, didn’t get sick from it, just hard to drink especially early morning.I think, from reading a lot of reviews, it didn’t seem to work for people who stopped Just a few days prior and smoked a lot....if you know you’re getting tested just stop immediately to give you some time, especially if you’re a heavy user...not sure why you’d risk it. It’s just not worth it. My friend uses this - she recommended - and she is much much larger than me and smokes daily for 5+ years but said this works for her. She gives herself 2-3 weeks though. The moment she knows we have a test coming up she stops. Just be smart. I think this is something of a last resort, not something I would depend on in the future and smoke knowing I have something coming up, but it saved the day when needed. Goood luck
