Does the camera protector fit on phone that’s encased in a otterbox protector ?

Good Day, As it relates to an Otter box, I wouldn't be able to advise of this as the case I used wasn't an Otter box and was just a regular case. The back lens is definitely necessary as it protect the lens as we tend to rest our phone on surfaces etc.

Adhesive came off of one of the glass when trying to put on phone

No the adhesive was fine, there was still bubbles after the 24 hour time it usually takes to completely and fully stick, also the edges started lifting when I applied my case
